They are terrible! They are always out of stuff. And then the staple items are always poorly cooked. White rice is undercooked and flavorless. Chicken is either charred or has a funky taste. Steak is raw. Tomatoes are green. Lines are always long - partly due to people waiting for food to be cooked but also because its Chipotle and thats just Chipotle. I hate that this is the Chipotle we have to go to in Delaware. I usually go to one closer to my work and then just have cold Chipotle when I get home. And finally, the location sucks! It is such a pain in the ass to get to. Nothing else is around so its completely out of the way for anyone who lives in Delaware. The person who determined this location must have been given false information because it is hands down the worst location of any fast-ish food restaurant I can think of.

Very disappointed in this Chipotle. Its always messy behind the counter, the food is consistently cold and stale (meat cold, chips stale), and the staff is rude. When we have used the online ordering the food was not made when we picked it up on the time specified on the ordee and as opposed to making it, the limited staff in front ignored us and went about their other work. Had to call the manager on duty out and she acted as if it wasnt her concern. While I love that there is a Chipotle in town I will not be returning. The store is very poorly run by the management team and they doesnt seem to care. Ill be taking my business to the Lewis Center or Polaris locations.

Every chipotle that Ive gone to in central Ohio is usually pretty standard. This one is not the greatest. The front line is usually pretty personable with the exception of the girl working the first station on 12/2, she is terrible and needs to go, and I dont have a problem with the rest of them. But every time I go in there during busy hours it takes a minimum of 20 minutes to get through the line and there has always been some type of meat shortage. Chipotle is usually run like a fine machine but there are always problems at this one.

The experience at this chipotle left me nauseous and calling off work the next day. Not only was my burrito poorly thrown together(salsa, sour cream, rice coming out of it everywhere) I had a bad case of food poisoning resulting from the dinner I ate at this location. The guys behind the counter had massive beards with no hair nets or beard nets on. I will not be returning to this location which is unfortunate because I just moved to the area and now will go to Polaris for Chipotle. AVOID LOCATION

They offer fresh, made to order what most would consider consciously sourced food. Mexican creations ranging from mild pork carnitas to a spicy chicken or beef it can be ordered as a taco, burrito, salad or bowl. You decide white or brown rice, black or pinto beans and so on, making it truly your own. Chips and salsa can be had as a side. Great fast casual food!

I ordered online arrived 10 minutes early to pick it up and there was no line, I still had to wait 10 minutes for them to make my food. Why? Also, maybe its the way all chipotles are going but you always have to ask for more toppings if you want more than just a tiny tiny bit. Annoying. Also about half the time I go there, they are out of something.

This place used to be on par with every other chipotle Ive ever been too. The service is great. The food is always warm and tasty. But not a single person in that place has wrapped a burrito properly for me in the last 6 months. Its insane. I dont understand how they are incapable of teaching their employees to wrap burritos.

The food is tasty and they serve a good portion. The line sometimes are huge so you got to wait about 20 minutes. The chips can be saggy and with almost nothing of salt or lime. I recommend the guacamole and the Barbecue stake, the other meat can be dry with no flavor at all. I do think they have to improve the service.

Although we started out much how the Georgesville Rd. Store was handled (improperly, unorganized, unprofessional, very loosley) until I was able to work with management and they really took care of business. The next time I went I was pleasantly surprised at the interactions and attention to detail since my last visit.

Chipoltle is always one of my favorite chain resturants to eat. However this one might be lacking compared to the rest. The chips were cold and bland and the spices on the chicken pieces were nearly non-existent. Maybe this resturant just had a bad day, because I love the resturant chain.

They were very nice gave good portions and the line was way shorter than the nearby Chipotle we were about to go to. They did have an issue with the credit card machine when I was about to checkout so I had to wait about 10 minutes but they made my burrito bowl free and were very sincere.

Me and my wife eat here regularly, and we wont stop any time soon because its the only chipotle in Delaware. But we have had several issues with service in this location. Sometimes portions seem smaller than other chipotles. But the food is usually the same quality as other chipotles.

Most Chipotles are a well oiled machine during rushes, but this one just cant handle them. Always seems to be food shortages on the line, they skimp on meat, servers chat up their Ohio Wesleyan classmates at the register, on and on. Hit the Lewis Center location instead.

Speedy on food, decent on quality, cleanliness left something to be desired. Arrived during lunch rush and food baskets were strewn about, tables and benches were dirty, etc. Hard to find a clean place to sit. Very un-Chipotle-like. :-(

Everything is wonderful here. Some reviews say otherwise, but this is because this location is kinda small, so they can get overwhelmed. Otherwise, pretty good! I only rate this 4 stars because there is always room for improvement.

Not only was the woman making our food pleasant and smiling but our food was fantastic! I had to go back just to ask her name. Her name was Brittany and she deserves a raise. I have never had a better experience in a Chipotle.

They were out of peppers and onions for the hundredth time weve gone in. This was about three hours before close. The chips had salt and lime on some but not others and the bathroom smelled like cat piss and ammonia.

Tried the queso. Wasnt bad. Dont think ill get it again though. I substituted it for the sour crean and as a result I got a heart burn effect. People working there were very quick and smiley.

This chipoltle is fantastic. Always gets my food correct and always so damn good. Chipoltle. However is very expensive. And its a once a while thing but still. Never a bad place to eat!
