The over all experience at this location is hit or miss. Depending on the day and the staff working you can move through the line fluidly or stand there while one person does all of the work for the front, including the drive through. The food portions when the store opened were about the same as other pandas but lately have been sub par. Now, i know its not expensive by far and i can order an additional side but when im only given 4 pieces of chicken to begin with theres an issue with that "portion" Having worked years in fast food im aware of the struggles of food cost and keeping a customer happy but they have to find their happy medium. The eggrolls almost always are burnt here, the noodles, rice and vegetables always seem to be fine. The entree items get rushed during peak hours and thus taste weird as if not cooked long enough before serving, BUT that doesnt mean theyre undercooked. I normally get Bejing Beef and Orange chicken with noodles and generally theyre fine but the beef sometimes tastes a little fishy from i assume not cooking the sauce long enough once its on the meat, or perhaps because theres too much sauce on the meat. overall the store is still trying to figure out its rhythm. There is one cashier there who gets overwhelmed easily and can appear more frustrated than she actually is.

I was really excited to hear that a Panda Express had opened near my work, mainly because it was mine and my sisters favorite when we live out west and there isnt one in Ohio for miles. Shell be in town in 2 weeks for my birthday and I was going to bring her... But I was sooo disappointed when I ordered my food and opended the bag. I ordered the "bigger plate" because I wanted to try a couple different entrees since I hadnt eaten here in about 6 years and that one comes with 3 and a side. I had this tiny box in my bag, when I opened it it was my beef and broccoli. This box is about 2 inches deep. There was one piece of beef and 10 pieces of broccoli. Okay whatever, cool. I opened my main container and this thing is PILED with rice, I had to push it all over to even find my other 2 entrees. The sweet fire chicken (mostly consisting of peppers and pineapple, I had 4 little nuggets of chicken and 2 extremely crispy pieces of just breading) and orange chicken ( 5 little nuggets of orange chicken. I also got an order of chicken egg rolls for my coworker.... an "order"... is 1 egg roll. Soo I guess I wont be going back. Super disappointed.

Waited at the drive through for several minutes after being told they were out of rice. Several minutes later they came back to the window and informed me that theyre also out of orange chicken and that would be another 8-10 minutes. I asked for my money back and instead of immediately giving me my refund they made me wait until the chicken and rice were done before coming to the window again. Biggest waste of time ever and very insulting to ignore my refund request. In the end I did receive my refund, but the entire experience was a waste of 15-20 minutes. Never again will I go to Panda Express.

The food was horrible! A complete waste of money. Overly salty and overly sweet. Very poor quality. Pepper Chicken was very salty and the chicken pieces were very fatty. The Beijing Beef was so sweet it was inedible. The General Tsos Chicken was worse than the Beijing Beef. The chow mein noodles were flavorless except for the burnt aftertaste. If you want Chinese food, take the time to call an actual Chinese restaurant, order ahead, get out of the car and pick up your order. The convenience of Panda Express is NOT worth the expense.

We stood in line for 10 min waiting due to the card reader being slow. The lady who was serving food wasnt wearing gloves which is disgusting itself and was so rude. Food taste like its been sitting out for hours. Liv the cashier was the best part of our visit smiles through all the crap going on. We will never be back! You had tea listed but no tea available. Panda express you can do better. Get a different owner who knows how to run a restaurant. 2 stars only since Liv had great customer service

September 18 at 7:12pm. The parking lot was fairly empty and there was one car in the drive thru, so we went inside to give this a shot. Surprisingly, there was a line to the door. We waited 20 minutes, moved 2 feet and decided to leave. There were probably 10 staff members working, but no teamwork was present and they all seemed to be looking for guidance. They were poorly trained. This location is NOT ready for the public. This is a failure by Panda Express Corporate. Good luck!

I moved here from Louisville last year and Panda Express was a weekly stop in Louisville for me. My family decided to try the new Dayton location out and it was nothing like my Louisville experience. The food was like a messy, less tasty version of the other locations. The Rangoons were burnt, the noodles and rice was dry. Everything sadly was bad. I had been waiting for a year for panda express fix, and this was just a major let down.

The flavors of Beijing Beef contrasted with Orange Chicken with Fried Rice are amazing. The drive through many of these franchises have makes them the best option for a super filling meal without the usual drive through choices. Prices are fair and portions are YUUUGE. Happy to finally have a local location and not have to make a big drive to Cinci or Columbus next time my taste buds demand Beijing Beef :D

For "fast food" their drive through is insanely slow. Like, spend 30 min in line, but cant get out because there is a car behind you, slow. Then you get to the window, its a 7-8min wait for your order, so you sub for something faster thats only a 3 min wait, and you wait 10 min for it. Why bother having a drive thru if you dont know how to run it. Thats my second terrible experience, wont return.

I have ate here several times and depending on who is working my experiences have been different. Tonight was bad.. 6 of the entree bowls you choose from were empty... no fried rice. I had to wait 20 minutes after ordering before we got out food to go. The only highlight tonight was the young man who cashed us out. He was apologetic.. and seemed to care.

Ive got a lot of homework tonight didnt feel like cooking so I came here on a whim. Currently waiting in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. With 3 cars in line only one advanced thru during my wait. I can make delicious stir fry at home. Bye. I reversed out of the line( a couple minutes after someone did behind me). $0 will be spent here.

Food can be good or bad, its just luck of the draw at this location. Drive thru usually takes forever, for example there was a time I paid, they asked me to pull forward and would bring the food out to me. It was atleast a minimum of 45 minutes from the time I pulled forward until the food was handed to me.
