I tried to go to the website and send an email rather than posting a public review. However, there is no way to contact them on the site. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined tremendously. We tried again today, and will not try again. First, we had to argue with the person taking phone orders that we did not want fried rice, we wanted steamed white rice. We ordered two complete dinners. When my husband got in the car, we checked the bag. Only one soup and no eggrolls although we had paid for them. Had to go back in and get them. Since my favorite dish, orange beef, was practically inedible the last time, I ordered the triple ingredients, which was listed on the menu as chicken, shrimp and scallops. I detest the fake crab they put in their sizzling triple ingredients. Not a scallop in sight, but lots of fake crab, which was not what the dish was supposed to contain. The brown sauce was practically tasteless. Vegetables looked and tasted as if they were purchased frozen. But the real puzzle was the packaged soy sauce. I put some on my rice and I might as well have poured water on it. Completely tasteless. My husband got the walnut chicken and it wasnt bad, but nothing to make us want to return. What used to be the best Chinese restaurant in town has gone downhill. Very sad.

ANTS IN OUR DRINKS!!!!!! We get there and order our food. As my husband is drinking his water, he looks down and points at THE ANT THAT IS FLOATING IN HIS CUP. We tell the waitress and she takes the cup and comes back with a new one. We didnt want to be those jerks that makes a big deal about stuff like that and refuse to pay, so we continue with our meals politely, even joking about the ant. I look down at my drink 20 minutes later and THERE IS ANOTHER ANT. What is wrong with you people?!?!?! Like once wasnt enough of a problem that you would make sure it didnt happen again? She apologized (sort of) and gave us our bill. Food wasnt that great and I DONT EAT ANTS. It would have made more sense if it was a teenage waitress who didnt care about customer service, but this seemed to be the owner and her mom who served us the ant waters. I mean, really? Never going back there again and I suggest everyone do the same.

I would recommend people stay away from this place until they improve the food I mean if you cant even do fried rice your in trouble. I gave this place three chances in the last 2 1/2 years and they failed every time. Food was tasteless and portion size was a joke and dont get me started on service. The only thing this place has going for it is location and the loads of people that still find this good Americanized Chinese food. Dont get me wrong I use to like this place about 10 years ago, when they had really good food, but they lost this about 3-4 years ago when they put all the money into the building and left nothing for the cooks. If you want better Americanized Chinese food head south 1/2 mile and stop in North China, the food and service are miles above this place.

I have enjoyed this restaurant for more years then I can say, but we had stopped going due to the rise in prices. Tonight we decided to give it a another go, but the food was terrible. The Mongolian Beef was swimming in oil and tasteless. The lo mein and vegetables were steamed not stir-fried. The pieces of pork in the pineapple sauce were so large you had to cut them down into 5 pieces to make them bite-size. The hot and sour soup was neither hot nor sour...truly without much flavor at all actually. The fried rice was rice with a little soy sauce added for color. The spring rolls were the only item that was ok. We will not be going back again. So sad.

My wife and daughters and I have always loved your restaurant. Until now. What is wrong with you? The orange beef was beyond disgusting. You have changed an old favorite of ours into something awful and inedible. The breading is thick, grainy, tastes BAD and is basically disgusting. Not crisp and crunchy at all. Mushy crap. AND the beef inside was very tough and stringy. Difficult to chew! Another old favorite bites the dust. Along with your restaurant. So sad. Was this a move by a new or inexprienced chef or a move to stretch your profits? Whatever the strategy, you really messed up! Bye. Btw, this was the Springboro place.

**This review is for the FAR HILLS LOCATION only** Do yourself a favor and just go to the Wilmington Pike location. The last three times went to Far Hills food was wrong and once was way over cooked. Tonight same thing one meal wasnt even the right item and other was made wrong. We took it back up there to get the correct food and they made it wrong again. They even repeated the order back to us correctly and they still couldnt get it right. The most annoying thing about it was they didnt even apologize they just sat there and laughed. Never had any issue like this from the Wilmington Pike location

People are just too picky sometimes. Im from New Jersey and what Ive seen at this place compared to what Im use to seeing. Let me put it this way; BEAUTIFUL. When I walked inside, I was awed by the appearance of this restaurant and the food. Oh my lord, I was thrown off at the taste and texture. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken and it knocked me out! KUNGPOW! (Pun intended) So I honestly cant understand how this place has so many bad ratings. Quit being so high strung, this isnt a 5 star restaurant, people. But a very nice place. I recommend it to people

For the last ten years this has been the best Chinese food in the dayton area. That is no longer the case. Steamed rice was dry and in hard clumps. Kung Poa chicken had so many pepers in it it had to be taken back.Service is slow. Spring rolls for two different parties were brought out on one plate. One older lady continued to ride and critize our server she couldnt keep her tables straight. Very poor management in the restaruant as a whole. It appears all or most of the old wait staff are gone. Too bad!! I will not be going back nor will I recommend!

Chicken and broccoli, General Tsaos chicken, and chicken and mixed vegies are our go-to carryout orders. All are always excellent! For us, this is the best Chinese food in the Dayton area and is the measure by which we measure all other Chinese restaurants. The Crab ragoons, and vegetable spring rolls, and the dumplings are also all excellent! Highly recommended -- both locations! That this restaurant is currently averaging around 3.5 out of 5 on google right now is a travesty! This is easily a 4.5 or 5 out of 5 Chinese restaurant!

My husband wanted to take me to this great place that he heard about for our monthly dinner date. He took me to this restaurant and it was a major disappointment. We were seated and given menus. We sat there for ten minutes without any service. No one stopped at our table to get our drink orders or anything. We finally decided after a waitress passed by us for the fourth time that we had waited long enough. I would never go to this place. It was the worst customer service I had ever experienced.
