On the 24th of April I went to lunch at this Panda Express that my wife and I go to very often. I ordered my food, went to the register to pay, showed the female my Veteran ID card to receive a 10% discount, payed the bill and that is when the following happened: ( "I was first told, I dont want this to offend you but do you even know what you are fighting for? You DO NOT know what you are fighting for, you got Osama Bin Laden you got Saddam Hussein, Why are you still over there killing innocent women and children? Innocent women and children are being killed by you every day. I saw the video on the internet news that white caucasian soldiers were killing innocent black women & children. It is wrong and you are getting away with it.") I was so shocked by her rant that I could not even respond. As my blood boiled and the words that came out of her mouth I picked up my food and left. I kept my composure and did not cause a scene out of respect for the families with the little children and the establishment itself as her rant was none of their doing. I went to my next destination and then proceeded to call the Panda Express and inform the manager of what happened (who is also Army) and he was "Flabbergasted". I the called the corporate number and complained to them at the experience I just had with Gianna, one of their employees. I was informed that my complaint was being escalated and that they would send me $30.00 in vouchers to compensate for my experience. Should I decide to re-visit this Panda Express in the future and the Gianna is still employed, I will never go there again and will make one final call to the corporate office and plaster this experience all over their social media pages. It just amazes me the ignorance of people these days. For starters, I was never in the wars mentioned. My military time ended in 1999, further more the combat that I was involved in was during the Kosovo Conflict. But yet because I am a VETERAN I will be blamed with all of my brothers and sisters from ALL branches of the military.

Mediocre food. Friendly but Poor service. This was my second time eating here. The first time I was disappointed with the flavor of the food. The second time I was more disappointed, with the food and with the service. I ordered through the drive through around 3:30 (not a busy time) and was told I had to wait five minutes for my orange chicken rice bowl. Thats the order they suggested to me when I pulled up and it was going to take 5 minutes. About 5 mins later they asked me to pull around and wait. Another 7 minutes after that I went inside to see where my food was that I had paid for. I got a couple apologies and friendly smiles, but apparently they werent very sincere. I ended up just sitting inside to eat, got thirsty and asked for a soda. When she told me it would be $2.05 I countered that maybe they could give it to me free since I had waited so long. I thought that would be reasonable, but she smiled again and said, "no, sorry." So I bought a drink. The last thing I ever plan to buy from Panda Express.

need someone else in the drive thru at rush hour...Miss thang a HE...sassed me at the speaker, told me he did not want to fill my order, finally got me what I needed and I had to watch to make sure he did not spit in it...bad mouthed me to a girl who works there....yanked the money from my hand, and threw my food at me and slammed the door on me as I asked for sauces. What a rude dude. Hes not got the right personality for rush hour and sorry to say this was not the first time hes done this. I will not come back so it will be the last time. I hope this location falls on its rude face. Blehhhhhh!! Oh Good!! Chow Time like the one in Panama City is coming to Cap circ!! Get ready Panda not so express...Panda rudepants!!

I loved the food, tasty, nice attention. But... its kinda pricy and the amount if food in the plate doesnt goes with the price you are paying. The place is clean, but then the staff are checking theirs phones or hanging out in front of the customers. I loved the food, but come on, I know they can improve a lot.

My son & I ate at this Panda Express last night & weve both been suffering from mild food poisoning since we ate it. We had the orange chicken, spicy beef, walnut shrimp & fried rice. Im not sure which food it was, but we will never eat here again!
