I typically order from this location because it is the cleanest out of them all in Lebanon. I rarely eat here because there food usually gives me really bad gas, and the chicken tastes like rubber. Multiple occassions they have messed up my order, and have always fixed it. This last time I had ordered delivery becaue I could not carry out. It was a 45 minute wait and I live 20 minutes within walking distance. After receiving my food incorrectly again, I called to let them know, and the manager who speaks very little english had said they would have it back out to me soon. I waited another hour before I called back to find out where my order was. The girl I spoke to said the manager was confused and thought I was saying I hadnt received my order, and because they didnt charge me extra for my special order they werent going to refund, or redeliver. The manager was screaming in another language in the background, and I was told I could order it next time. Needless to say, I will no longer be ordering from this place anymore. The service is horrible, the food isnt that great, and the staff doesnt understand what youre saying.

We used to enjoy eating here occasionally. But the quality has suffered lately. Today, we had to throw most of it out. Overpowering onions and peppers seem to be an attempt to mask low quality ingredients and bad cooking. Given the option of eating this again, I would rather consume something that had first passed throu the digestive system of a cat.

I saw the bad reviews while I was looking for the phone number and I had to respond. This is the best Chinese food around. Not sure why such bad reviews but we eat other places when we arent close to home and nothing compares! Love this place.

I ordered the Dragon & Phoenix. It was pretty tastey, but the woman that works the counter is completely rude. I know its probably because of her culture or upbringing, but "please and thank you" goes a long way with me and you wont find it here.

I ordered three things off the menu...the fried chicken looks like its around for couple days, the white rice was brown looking. Please stop selling us garbage if your not willing to eat it yourself!!!!

Unfriendly service, no ice, when asked if they had any more ice the girl just said no, nothing else. No please or thank you. Waiting on food so I dont know how it is yet.

I didnt get to give this restaurant much of a chance to give this as I found a June bug in my order and simply threw it out. I will not be going back to this restaurant.

Terrible customer service. When you say it will take 15min and you are still waiting for the food after 35min and the staff says tough luck. You dont go back.
