I have always been a big fan of Chinese food. I have eaten at a lot of different Chinese restaurants, and theres a lot of variety in the quality and style of the food. I have had some really amazingly tasty Chinese food, and some that wasnt terribly good as well. Never in my life, however, have I had anything as foul as what I was served at Wok Wok. First of all, the staff was rude, and the place was dirty. I would say that it was very reasonably priced, but its reasonable only if the product they give you is edible. I ordered Mixed Vegetables in Garlic Sauce with fried rice. The rice was passable, however the vegetables were not. They didnt have much taste, and seemed like they hadnt been cooked nearly long enough. I have had garlic sauce from a lot of different restaurants, but I have never tasted anything quite like the sauce on this meal. It was very heavy and thick, and had a strange and not altogether pleasant taste. To add the final insult to injury, I discovered pieces of what appeared to be trash (some kind of wrapper, looked like maybe from Taco Bell) mixed in with my food. My stomach is churning as I type. I would never consider returning to this restaurant, and if you value your taste buds and stomach lining, you wont either.

I purchased a large container of Chicken Fried Rice without onions (just not a fan of onions) and it was good no issues with the food. I do notice that when I go I do not get a fortune cookie ever.. not sure if its extra or just not available. Otherwise no issues so far. I picked up a magnet from the store 1-2 visits ago in case I have to call in a delivery. I should mention the front area has 1-2 tables but the one is reserved for staff members children or family to perform homework. I dont think you can actually dine in, but mostly 4 spots to sit while waiting for an order.

I am new to the area and was craving some Chinese food. I googled local restaurants and this was the one that I ended up ordering from, which wont happen again. Good Proportions, food was hot and it took less than 30 minutes for the delivery. Everything was pretty good until I bit into the crab. It was cooked to mush. So I picked them all out. I saved the rest for leftovers the next day and the first bite had a metal piece in it. It was a piece of a metal scrubber. I know because I used to work in a kitchen. Gross!!

Made everybody who eat the chicken sick. Called to get my money back and was told I had to bring the good back in. I told her it was half eaten and she still wanted it back so we brought it back to get out money back and they continued to explain that they thought we was lying because nobody else was sick. They have a little boy taking orders too... Unprofessional

First they forgot 1 of my combos. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for it. Then they made it wrong. Two people were able to get their food before mines was done. Then, i order my food mild. It was spicy. Plus the lady that takes orders always have an attitude. Its very convenient to go here. But, after my visit i will no longer be a customer.

I love wok wok,I have tried several other Chinese restaurant and keep coming back to wok wok the portions are worth the money you pay and they always pass the health inspections,once a restaurant gets flagged I dont go back there are several Chinese restaurant in Columbus that have several violations.

I have been ordering from here for many years. The wive is always rude but I just ignore her. But lately they NEVER answer their phone!!! Every time I call in they never answer. I literally have to call like 6 times before someone answers. Like wtf people. I rarely order from here now.

How you mess up a dish you created? I ordered general tso chicken Im wondering why they have the chicken drowning in the sauce I guess to hide that hard breaded chicken smh I just ate the rice and the wings I also ordered I should have looked at the reviews first but I wad hungry.

Dont waste your time & money .The worst food Ive ever had & so extremely bland ,dont believe that red pepper next to a menu item because its not spicy at all .I wont be buying anything from this place again , Ive given them about 3 chances & each time was horrible .

We really like the food from this restaurant. Its reasonably priced as well. Its one of our favorite takeout places in the neighborhood. Sometimes theyve even let us in to order when we get there before the official opening time, so the service is good as well.

Ive ordered twice n this place is terrible!! I love Chinese food but this place is bland and nasty. Pepper steak and general Tsos chicken nadty. U have to pay more for white meat chicken!! Tough texture on all meat I purchased. Never ordering again.

The food isnt the best... definitely americanized chinese, however its edible; Ive had worse! But it doesnt deserve the prices for the portions they give out. The communication is horrible, hard to understand what they are saying.

The food is hit and miss to me. Some dishes are delicious and some are just so so. So make sure if your choose something and its not good to give them another try.

Very rude and uncaring...i felt like I was interrupting. Child sleeping on small mat in kitchen area...toys on floor in front area. Is a daycare or business?
