My wife and I have eaten here for years. The food has always been first-rate. Late last year Gary and Jerry remodeled the interior and exterior and modernized their menu and everything is even better. We love the new decor and the revolving specials menu. Last night we had two appetizers, the tempura eggplant and the duck with sauce and veggies in a Chinese bun. We shared an entree of fresh seafood chow mien with homemade very thin and crispy noodles. All of these dishes were wonderful. I also enjoyed my Saki Martini from their new bar. All in all, a terrific place for Chinese food and cocktails.

We placed a large company order today with NMG, and they worked with me to get the order to them in the best way possible (email, fax, etc) and were very accommodating to the efforts. When I picked it up the person who assisted me was very friendly and ensured I had everything I needed. The food tasted great! Felt authentic, and not cheap ingredients. The chicken for example were white pieces instead of that chewy nonsense you might get elsewhere. Thank you! p.s. - One of your fish in the tank wants to either eat humans or be one.

Dont let the outside of this place full you this is the best Chinese restaurant I have found anywhere in this area. We are not from this area and travel all across the country and cry Chinese food places from coast to coast and this is one of the best. The crab rangoon here was the best that I have ever had and all of the dishes are spot-on perfect. To my way of thinking the food here is what all Chinese food places want to be and so rarely are. The ambience is great and the service was impeccable. Dont miss this place give it a try.

2017 been going here since I was a knee-high child, and now everyone is moved back to area, though we live separate my parents, brother and always love this restaurant, come here often for great food and a calm atmosphere. The atmosphere is illuminating-peaceful takes stress away, along with delicious reasonably priced food. Definitely get your moneys worth, and will continue coming here! If it were possible they deserve 10 stars for food and service not 5 they are wonderful!

Asian calamari: pretty good. Walnut shrimp: not bad. Black pepper beef: tasty but not crispy. Won ton soup (extra cost upgrade): tasteless. Hot and sour soup: all vinegar, other flavor strange. Egg roll: all cabbage, no flavor, thick dull wrapper. Fried rice: Rice that was fried, boring. Waitress sort of clueless. Manager/owner(?) not overly concerned. First and last visit. Too bad, nice room.

This is the only restaurant I miss when I leave Michigan. For as long as I can remember Ive had the Green Bean Chicken with fried rice, egg role and won ton soup. If I was on death row, that would be my meal. Everyone Ive ever taken here has been amazed, when people ask me what my favorite restaurant is, I tell them New Mandarin Garden on 13 and Orchard. Its the best. drops mic.

Had take-out here once - Mandarin Family Dinner for 2. Not impressed. Mongolian Beef was fatty, Garlic Chicken slimy and tasteless, rice was dry, egg rolls were empty and it wasnt cheap. Better off spending the extra money down the street at Hong Hua. The place was packed so I guess I picked the worst thing on the menu. Not willing to find out, we will not be trying it again.

First time here. Much nicer than I expected. Got these great little "chips" to dip in sweet & sour sauce. Absolutely yummy! Werent sure what to order so we decided on the Mongolian beef and chicken with green beans. Plus fried rice. Everything was really good. Plus we had leftovers to take home. We will be going back.

This place was amazing. I remember coming with my parents when I was young. Now the place is looks completely different, alot more modern and and just all around more comfortable. The food was delicious especially the GARLIC SALTED TIGER PRAWNS. Service was great and the owners are super friendly.

Probably the best Chinese food and hand crafted cocktails in SE Michigan. The oldest restaurant in Farmington Hills for a reason - the service is exceptional. We love the ribs appetizer, steamed dumplings, Beijing wings, and then literally anything else on the menu.

Been working in Farmington Hills for over 3 years and finally stumbled upon this "pleasant surprise"! The lunch portion is big and filling; the spring roll is excellent; and staff has great smiles :). Give it a try, youll be pleasantly surprised!

Lousy family experience - Did not honor same day purchased Groupon. Manager looked at bar coded Groupon for that days special - Hit redeem then refused to honor discount - Groupon should drop this resturaunt to maintian their product integrity

My favorite Chinese restaurant in the metro detroit area. Great food, drinks and atmosphere. My family and i come here so often that Garry and Jerry, the owners, are like family to us. If we could give six stars, we would!!

Very good Chinese food, but for whatever reason, theyre sometimes out of egg rolls? Doesnt completely ruin the lunch meal I go for, but still disappointing and has happened more than a couple times in the last month.

Very nice restaurant. Love that they have Korean food too. I think it is the best in the area. Been here for years. Not the best looking strip center but the restaurant is very nice recently remodeled.

One of the finest restaurants in Oakland County. Been there many times, always have great food and excellent service. Best tasting food and best value around. One of the best kept secrets in Michigan.

Upscale atmosphere with a huge menu. Gluten free options are plentiful as well. Portions are a little smaller than the average Chinese restaurant, but tastes great. Presentation is impressive as well.

Worst sesame chicken Ive ever had. Egg drop soup was weird, hardly any egg and a ton of tofu. The egg roll was the best part of my lunch meal. The rice was too salty. Borderline 1/2 stars.

It was okay not the best chinese place, the chicken was very soggy, not a bit crispy, but its reasonably priced and the portions were pretty big.
