I honestly have very mixed feelings about this hotel. I have stayed at the Hampton Inn next door and had great luck. My week-long trip staying at the Hilton Garden Inn was mixed at best. First off they said they couldnt move me from the first floor for some reason. Im a HiltonHonors Gold member and a free upgrade is a complimentary service. The room was fine. The bed was comfortable and the pillows nice. The TV was very nice as well. As a matter of fact, I dont have anything but good things to say about the room itself. The workout facility was nice as well. The Precor equipment they have was nice and in very good working order. My negatives were with the loud noises that nobody could explain above my room. I should say that they offered to move me, but I declined because I was traveling with a lot of equipment and didnt feel like moving it between rooms. This just added to my frustration on checkin getting on the first floor. If a room on the upper floor was available for me to move to, why wasnt I allowed it to have it upon initial checkin? The Hilton website says "free breakfast". Thats very generous. The "free" is oatmeal and toast. Everything else comes at a charge from the kitchen. My experience with the staff was mixed. Some were very professional, some were not. My only other issue with the location was that there is no ice machine on the first floor. If you want ice, you have to go to the 2nd floor. Why in the world is there no ice machine on the first floor?

Overall the hotel was very clean, however if you are staying more than one night they do not do anything to your room unless you ask. We had four people staying in the room and had to go to the front desk to get necessities like toilet paper because there was only one partial roll in the room. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything that happens in any of the rooms near you. The worst part of the entire experience was upon check out. The girl had no idea how to split the room three ways and in the end the card I used to hold the room when I made the reservation was charged the entire amount for the 4 day stay, the three people I stayed with all paid their share of the stay, and when I gave her a different card to pay my roughly $200 portion she again charged me for the entire stay. So they charged me $1,300 total plus received about $400 from the people staying with me. When the bank charges appeared I called the hotel and was told it would take 7-10 days for the money to get back into my account. I am thinking this is the end of Hilton stays for me.

Stayed for business. Only had a handicap room, which was acceptable for me, but the room was dirty. Most the carpets in the room and in most the hotel hallways are filthy. The bathroom needed some repair, and had an awful odor as the fan was not working. The beds are very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff are excellent. Biggest problem? They offer a "Continental" breakfast that is in the eating area of the hotel. It is rather inviting as it is open counter areas with fruit, bagels/bread, granola bars, etc.. You assume it is free, but after I picked up a few items and returned to my seat, a server came out with a bill. For one small glass of juice, a granola bar (Quaker) and a plain bagel they asked almost $5. The hot breakfasts for order are over $10. There is a McDonalds across the street which would be better.

I will never come back to this place ever, i had went there because i had just gotten off the plane and had nowhere to go from there and as i stayed at the Hilton Garden inn there was people yelling in the hall-ways and running down the halls a kids yelling at 2:00am and also there where kids running up and down the stairs, it sounded like people where throwing things at the walls and it went on till 4:00am and it was quit then all you hear is someone banging on the door and saying police then i could not go to sleep till 6:00am and also the staff there was so rude and also in there website it said that there is free wifi you have to pay $2.00 or $3.00 for it . I hope you dont make the same mist-stakei had did and i hope you dont go to the Hilton Garden Inn. That was the worst.

Overall good experience. Clean, well kept rooms. Didnt like that my bathroom door blocked the entry, but beyond that the room was well laid out. Comp single serve kuerig coffee maker in room, too. If you sleep light, try to get a room that faces aeay from the runway, didnt bother me too much, but id you are noise sensitive or a light sleeper, the buffer helps. Nice looby, comfy seating and the restaurant was decent for dinner. Didnt do breakfast, though they offer a 9.95 breakfast buffet. Staff all pretty solid that I spoke with except at check out, but think she must have been having a really off day to have been so displeased to be there.

I was stranded at the airport and needed a room. I made a reservation and within minutes found a way to get home. I tried to cancel the reservation by telephone immediately and was told by a very rude desk clerk that I would have to go back to the website to cancel. I went to the hotel and spoke with the desk clerk in person, who still refused to cancel the reservation. I tried to get online but their internet was so slow that I risked missing my ride if I didnt leave. This room was only held for an hour at most before I begged them to cancel. They marked it down as a no show and billed my credit card.

Scumbags. All the bosses here are terrible people. They fired all staff to make themselves feel powerful. Some team members worked for 10 plus years before this company started running the show. Ud be better staying in the airport on a bench then with these awful people. Also the photo is a nasty area full of garbage that faces one of the most populated road in ohio. Look for police daily arresting people at the mcdonalds next door

Worst hotel experience ever! Evacuated from SWFL and stayed here 3 nights. Dirty musty / mildew smell in room. Rude staff! There is hot water IF you wait 15min. Price gouging due to football game. SouthWest airline, other hotels and many business owners were willing to help guests fleeing the storm by offering discounts. Not this place...they raised the rates! Avoid this place.

Room was very clean with a European style. Comfortable bed, microwave and refrigerator. A walk-in shower completes the style. Small indoor pool with an outdoor feel. Also a hot tub and a very nice fitness room. Breakfast was excellent with made to order omelets. Centrally located in Walnut Creek. Really enjoyed our stay.

Water pressure wasnt good. Toilet stopped up and my husband had to unplug it because no maintenance was here at the time it happened. They make you pay $4.00 a person for the continental breakfast which should of been free for bagels and coffee. It was fairly clean but I expected more from the Hilton.
