Tracy, let me begin by thanking you. I started planning this event for my daughter months ago with the intent of having it at another venue. Within two weeks of our impending dinner, things started to fall apart and I was getting very nervous and was becoming very upset with the "other" restaurant. Tracy, you made me feel like there was nothing to this and made this special night come together in, what I feel was, a very short period of time. I ask that you commend your staff from the kitchen to the servers. I am very impressed with your level of service that was both personal and professional. Even my family and friends who breezed in from New York had nothing but great things to say about Saturday evenings dinner party. Ryan, from the moment we shook hands, I could tell you were professional as well as easy going. You made every aspect of the evening light and cheerful. You kept those very important ladies glasses fresh with alcoholic beverages and gave me much laugh about. Even though, our two plates came in late, there was so much good vibe in the air that we hardly noticed. Thank you, Ryan, for keeping it light and professional at the same time. Charles, you move fast and can sometimes appear out of no where. Your charm and personality added to our evening and kept my family and friends full of laughter and good spirits. You are an asset to the Brio family and I hope every event gets your personal attention. Maureen, thank you so much for coordinating and setting up our video segment of the evening. Though we did have some sound issues, everyone enjoyed the short presentation of my daughters beautiful life. It topped off our night to pay tribute to our graduate in such a special way. And, finally, to the rest of the staff that we never saw or barely saw, thank you as well. Without the prep cooks and busboys and chefs, our night would have been bland and "un" eventful. Thank you some much for making this night even more special than it already was. As far as complaints, I really have none. I would only offer a suggestion to add a simple speaker system to the flat screen to get the sound down to the guests. Thank you again, Tracy and the wonderful staff at Brio Easton. You totally rock!

My wife and I had an occasion to be in Columbus, Ohio for an overnight trip Saturday 9-September-2017 from Philadelphia. When inquiring about local restaurants were were directed to the Easton Town Center where we began a "Bar Crawl" to check out the various restaurants. After visiting 6 other establishments, the Brio Tuscan Grille was the next stop (turned out to be the final stop). We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted by a friendly bartender (Wally) who promptly served our beverages, gave us menus and served us bread (all in the span of 5 minutes). After reviewing the menu we decided on our meals which were served in an appropriate amount of time. Periodically Wally would stop by and engage us in conversation but was always cognizant of others needs at the bar (a sign of a professional). After dinner I requested a triple espresso (yes I said triple) to accompany my after dinner drink - Wally went to fulfill the order only to return with bad news - The espresso machine was not operational (I ordered coffee then) and he offered a complimentary drink for the inconvenience. We ended our night with full bellies and smiles on our faces as we enjoyed the time, meal and of course the excellent service afforded to us by Wally. Thanks - and if were ever back in Columbus - We will definitely return for another fine meal!

My husband and I dined on the patio last night to celebrate my 30th birthday. It took a very long time for the server to get to our table, it took even longer to get our drinks and then again to get bread at the table. Our server had a difficult time explaining the menu to us and had an awkward manner about him. I ordered the Walleye and my husband got chicken under the brick. Both had little flavor and lacked a "wow" factor for both of our palates. My favorite part of the meal was my chopped salad. We decided to skip dessert because of how underwhelmed we were with our meals. When the server finally brought the check he had my husbands credit card for well over 7 minutes as he visited other tables and took orders. As a former restaurant and catering server I find this to be unacceptable. A dinner that could have been 45 minutes was well over 90 minutes because of the slowness of the server (even though it wasnt that busy on a Wednesday night). We had our first date at this restaurant 7 years ago so my husband thought it would be fun to remissness but I don t think well ever go back which makes me a little sad.

Went to the restaurant for the first time on Saturday afternoon. I made reservations got there and immediately seated with my family and friends. Within 5 minutes I did get a waitress to come take during orders. It didnt take very long.....then it started to go bad. I ordered an appetizer and never got it. I got a burger and fries. Fries came out cold not room temp but cold. She wanted to take the fries back and left. I got her attention and advised I ordered burger and fries together I would like to eat them together she then took the burger said we are making a new one for you. I got the same burger 3 minutes later still with warm fries like they put it under a heat lamp. I tried to finish but could not. Only saw the server one time after that she dropped off the check and kept going. I explained to the Mr what happen and advised him I expected him to stop bye.....he said did you enjoy the burger I said no he said thanks for your input and walked away...wow

Decent food. Horrible service. Long wait times. Servers need to be retrained. Oh and dont dress casual, theyll definitely talk down to you and treat you like you are inferior if you dress comfortably. It shouldnt take over an hour to be served with some bread and finish with making sure everyone at the table has got their drinks. They dont seem to care about their regular customers either. The attitude seems to be; theyll get to you when they can. Your experience and getting serviced in a timely manner doesnt seem to be important to them based on my experience here. I have no reason to ever come back here again, after the poor service. Even if the food were good, the service puts a bad taste in your appetite. So, if you are looking for somewhere to spend $50 on a meal, get bad service, take over an hour before they even take your order for food, dine here. Sorry, but that wont be me again. Especially if I have a hungry toddler with me trying to wait patiently.

I thought the food was great but the customer service was terrible. My card was charged almost $30 more than the authorized amount and the only reason I discovered this was because I checked my bank account the next day. When I called to speak with a manager was was on hold for about 10 minutes before the manager Andy answered and basically didnt help me whatsoever. He told me that they already corrected this on their end but it would take a few days to show on my account. I was talked to as if this couldnt be helped!!! He said that the sometimes the servers get busy and this mistake happens but our server should have let us know when we were in the store. How do you do something like this and only offer an apology?!? Worst customer service ever! I do not recommend this restaurant! And if you do decide to go take cash because this may happen to you!
