We normally have a great experience here, but not today. Or the last few times weve been in. Called to place a carry out and was on hold for 6 minutes. When the waitress finally picked up the phone, I placed my order. She was very rushy and didnt try to verify my order. I repeated my order, and was met with a "yeah sure." So now my daughter is missing her drink, and everything specific about my salad is wrong. I pay extra to get the things I prefer with no problem. But when I pay for it and dont get it, or am met with attitude about my order, Ill just go elsewhere.

How hard is it to grill a hot dog? I know a deep fried hot dog when I am served one. Even after complaining about the dogs and sending 2 of 5 back, the replacments and the following 2 coneys were again deep fried. They looked old and twice cooked...perhaps the hot shortening will liven up the poor dogs....fail! The staff was friendly but not at all atenative. Two visits from the waitress in a 45minute ordeal. I will not be coming back. Ever.

i called in a compliant and they did nothing about it they didnt offer me a new meal or a discount i had ordered 2 grilled chicken pitas and i wanted grilled onions my chicken was under cooked and my onions were dang near raw i was heated and when i asked for a new meal they said they didnt do that and to just pop my food in the microwave not only was my food under cooked but it was cold they have the worst managers and cooks ever

Horrible place to eat! The miserable old man cooking in the back... has no idea how to make an omelette. I though he was the janitor when he came to the table to tell me the soggy fata omelette he made he is not gonna make it again... " he is the manager I was told.... " the guy cant even manage to make an omelette.... DONT EAT HERE! Treated me as if I was not important or a person . Was very rude to me .

A classic metro detroit fixture. Solid food but compared to the range of other coneys in the area it falls short of 5 stars because there are many coneys that beat it on a flavor level and price level. That being said its still a good reliable meal, never had a problem with the quality or freshness in 20 something years

Cooks very unorganized, waitresses kept asking what was taking so long for 2 orders of sausage w/eggs. Waited over 20 minutes while ppl who placed orders after me received their food. Finally I just asked for my $ back. Others peoples food looked good is all I can offer.

You to go waitresses want tips well how hard is it to put the right food in my to go order.you answer the phone and then put it in a box. Thats why you make garbage money. You only need a small amount of skill and you cant even pull that off.

Best Coneys and Hanis ever! Super fast service. Great accommodating substitutions or specifics. Baby Greek Salad with pita is yummy! Cheese fries... Well done, cheese on the side, and then add Franks Red Hot to the cheese...HEAVEN!

Standard National location. Threat cheap food fast. Lots of seating so even lunch rush is fast. Lot is smallish but youll find a spot. As always ask for a side of tzaziki with your Greek omelette.
