I stayed at this hotel for about a few weeks and it seemed to be ok - I guess it was because I barely interacted with anybody except one front desk person who was nice. This time I stayed 7 days at a stretch so far. My room was not serviced by housekeeping for 5 of the 7 days I stayed there. The first night it was not done so the next day I complained to the front desk and the next day it was done. THen again it was not done. I called the front desk and another guy named SHAROCKO was unwilling to listen to me and kept arguing with me and wanting to transfer my call unwiling to even talk to me. He is the rudest, badest, meanest, most customer unfriendly person who literally was yelling at me and talking over me. The next day I complained about the housekeeping and theis giu to the front desk and they said they would let Brian the general manager know but still the housekeeping was not done. Today I cam back to my room to find yet again no housekeeping was done. That is a total of 5 days without the room being cleaned in a 7 day stay. Also I noticed today tha the table, the sofa wre moved from the location they were confirming that someone was using my room in my absence because even though no housekeeping was done, certain things were moved from the spots that I had left them at. This is one of the worst hotels to stay in - Most employees there are unfriendly except one white front desk guy and one black hostess at the restuarent. Horrible...Horrendous.......Disgusting....... The floor 5 free vending machine is never replenished in time and most of the time you will not get what you want. The Marriott across the street is very nice. It is also not like the real Embassy suites that you might be expecting. Please DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

Stayed here this past weekend while in town for a wedding. Got a discounted rate ($100/night before taxes, etc.) because of the wedding group rate. Great value for the price. Hotel upkeep was good, staff were generally helpful, and amenities were all solid. Room was spacious (for this class of hotel) and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable and down pillows were especially welcome. Complimentary breakfast was a plus. Nothing gourmet but featured an omelet station in addition to fruits, yogurt, french toast, sausage & bacon, eggs, biscuits & gravy, a few different cereals, and more. More than enough to fuel us up to start the day. Only complaints really were that the lighting in bathroom (especially in front of the mirror when trying to shave/groom) was very dim and the sofa had a couple of unidentified smears on it which appeared to be somewhat fresh. Nothing horrendous though. Location is literally 5 minutes from Port Columbus International Airport and that was a HUGE plus as we picked up and dropped family who were flying into and leaving town. Shuttle service to and from the airport available for those who need it. Would definitely stay at this location again and the experience here would lead me to strongly consider staying at other Embassy Suites locations in the future.

Terrible Experience. Bad customer service. First night we are at the hotel they did not clean our room. When we got back and found out about it all they could do was provide us with fresh towels and washcloths. That night, two little boys, that couldnt have been older than 8 years old, were yelling and screaming at 7:30 am and they started kicking on our door like they were trying to break in. They obviously were at the wrong room so I opened the door and told the "young men" they had the wrong room. However, I was thinking to myself, "what are two eight year old boys doing walking around the hotel unsupervised waking people up at 7:30 in the morning". Because they didnt clean our room the first night, I called the front desk the second night to tell them to make sure they cleaned our room. We came back to a room that was half cleaned with no fresh towels, dirty sinks, sheets left on the couch and trash left in the room. I will post the pictures of all of this. This is the worst experience I have had staying in a Hilton property and I have stay in a lot of Hilton properties. The terrible thing is, this is a really nice looking property and fairly new, however, the customer service and cleaning staff do a horrible half-ass job, which is a bad sign for any hotel. Buyer Beware!!!

Clean for the most part. House cleaning people could not speak English at all! They didnt make up our room until after 3:30 and we finally told them to just give us some clean towels and brought the trash from our room to them. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly except one night supervisor who had horrible people skills. We asked for a late check out on a Sunday and originally told it was no problem. We went back to check to make sure they had us down and the supervisor told us she had already given one person a late check out and grudgingly "allowed us" to stay, but not a minute later than the time SHE picked for us. Completely ruined a good weekend. For the price we paid (there were several groups there), it was not what I expected. I would have expected superior service. Breakfast was good, but they had a difficult time keeping the areas clean and food refreshed. Considering they knew the hotel was booked for a long time, they should have been better prepared.

My husband is severally disabled due to to ALS. I never get an accessible room, because he is too disabled to even use the bathroom facilities so I got a regular suite. The room as huge, clean and beautiful, but I hadnt thought about needing space under the bed for our hoyer lift ( what I use to transfer him from his wheelchair to bed). There needs to be plenty of space for the bottom of the hoyer to go under the bed. Well, the reg. suite did not have a bed that the hoyer would fit under so I called to see if any rooms did have a bed that would work. They said yes and rather then have us move, they came right up and changed the bed for me right there. The took out the one bed and gave us an accessible bed. Amazing, friendly service. They also brought us up our breakfast, because it was to hard to get my husband up in time for the free buffet. LOVE this hotel.

Rooms are small couches and chairs in room needs to be cleaned (spots). Sink in bathroom to tall for children to use. Toilet to low and no hand rail to assist. Maid service knocked on door around 9:30 am check out time is noon (12). Not enough baggage carts for guest. After first day face/hand towels where taken but not replace. Kitchen and bar staff where great. Held family reunion here. Buffet dinner food was unliked by most (150+ people). The most enjoyable part of our sray was the breakfast buffet. It was simply outstanding. But for my next visit to Columbus, I think Ill skip this Embassy Suite and find a better place to stay. Shame on you Hilton, expected much better and paid for much better

Apparently there was some hockey tournament in the area? Over 30 kids in the pool, pure chaos. Hardly enjoyable. Breakfast was chaotic. Obviously the gentlemen cleaning and refilling for breakfast hates his job. The hotel and pool itself are really nice. Needed a pillow last night and called the front desk and didnt get an answer. Walked to desk and said it would be delivered. An hour later it still wasnt there and walked to desk again. Spent a little time at the bar and get back to the room and only a pillow had been delivered. Overall a nice facility with a Starbucks and bar. But was far from a relaxing weekend.
