I order shrimp tempura roll or coconut shrimp roll which I love. The issue is when the food is not prepared well or you have a slight complaint, as I did the SERVICE from the MANAGER was horrible, down right deplorable and dismissive. I WILL be looking to contact the owner. The manager, yes the manager argued with me on the phone. I work at one of the business complex at Easton and came here for a quick pick up order. I got to my desk and found my roll was sub par this go around. I called Edamame and the person who answered the phone transferred me to the manager instantly didnt even try to help me before escalating the call. The manager got on the phone and said yea whats the issue...omg is that how managers answer the phone now? I explained to him that, two bites into my roll and upon eyeballing it, it was missing some ingredients. The manager only responded "what do you want me to do about it" "what do you want a refund or free food" I told him #1 I expect for you to care about the level of service being that you are a manager, and #2 I would like my rolls made over. He said I cant do anything for you and then stated "next time check your food before you leave". I told him I will be sure to take this to yelp and any other site I can leave a review, and he said go ahead no one reads those things anyways and hung up. Yes he did. So here I am and that is terrible because 80% of the time my order is right and it tastes good when it is correct. Oh well Mr Sushi it is!

The quality of the food isnt worth it considering how bad the customer service is. The waitress used my chopsticks I was still using to eat to clean up my food AND the last time complained we didnt give her a good enough tip and we should order "to go" next time---- Been here a couple of times and the first time my boyfriend came here, the waitress was cleaning up our appetizers plates to clear the way for our entrees and she asked if I was done and I had one more bulgogi bun to eat and she grabs my chopsticks and uses them to grab my last bulgogi bun to put on a different plate so she can take that plate. 1) I didnt say its okay to use my chopsticks, I couldve kindly moved it myself, 2) That is a potential cross contamination issue. The last time we went there the same waitress rudely followed us out the door asking if she gave us terrible service because she said she deserves a better tip and next time we should order "to go". You should NEVER ask a customer for a better tip nor should you ever FOLLOW them out the door to do so. Instead of ordering to go next time, we just wont come here again.

I am a picky eater. Having said that, here is my experience during lunch today for the first time. - Atmosphere, Design & Decoration I have to say that I was very much impressed. It is not a big restaurant, but one of the best looking restaurants inside. Very refreshing and unique & functional design. I would love you re-visit. - Food I ordered Pad Thai and my wife got Sashimi Bibimbap. Pad Thai was average. It was tasteful, but not rich in flavor. Not a big portion for $9, but then it is located in Easton so I should expect that. As to Sashimi Bibimbap, it is actually a Korean dish. This restaurant must be owned by a Korean because I saw another Korean dish on the mene. Nice presentation! Served on a flat-open American dish. They are served in a big bowl in Korean Restaurants. You have to ask for "hot" bean paste to truly enjoy it as Koreans eat. After adding that, it was pretty good. But again it was pricy - $18 for lunch. Again it must be "Easton" thing.

I went to this place today and found hair in my food. When I called a lady to come and look at it she said "OK what do you want me to do about?" I was even more shocked when the so call manger said " Do you want me to get on my knees and beg you ". Repeating to me that be didnt have anyone in the back with black curly hair! Yet there are so many asains and Mexicans cooking and chopping food in the back . Its disgusting how I was treated today and will never go back to this place. Rude and disrespectful! I paid 32.58 and was given back 8.50 for the rice I ate and even though it wasnt about the money in the first place. Its horrible to see people like this on the face of the earth. NASTY!!!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Service. I will never recommend this place. 3 of us went in for a work lunch, one of the orders was never entered in on their end therefore never brought out until a waiter saw us sitting with no food (we were being patient and didnt complain). Food came out 40 minutes later and when I went to ask to see if there was anything they can do about it, Manager treated us HORRIBLY. He basically asked us to return it but he wouldnt do anything else. Really?!!? HOW RUDE. We didnt even ask for money back but the way he treated people, not sure how he runs a business. With those tactics and poor regard for your customers, you will not have a business one day. NEVER EVER GO THERE.

There was no standout experience at this restaurant. I ordered the Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken, which looked pretty great. The sauce, however, was incredibly salty. It didnt have much flavor aside from soy, so it felt like a bowl of chicken and pineapple drenched in soy. The ginger salad that came with it was nice - again, nothing special, but not bad either. Most of the people I went with had sushi, and that looked good, but the bill for two people (two entrees, an appetizer, and two sodas) was over $50, which felt expensive for what we got. I would go somewhere else next time.

We went in to eat 30 minutes before they close, I do understand that is frowned upon. Before we even walked in we received dirty looks from the workers. The waitress bluntly told us they closed in 30 minutes. Then the workers behind the counter loudly said it was rediculous that they hadnt put in last call for seating people. I have worked in the food industry and it is rediculous the customer service that I received. We left because we were such a big inconvience to the staff. Its a bummer because the place looked very nice.

DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD IN THIS RESTAURANT!!! THERE IS SOME KIND OF SCAM GOING ON IN THIS RESTAURANT!! MY DAUGHTER & HER TWO FRIENDS ALL USED THEIR DEBIT CARDS ON THE SAME DAY & THEIR ACCOUNTS WERE ALL DEBITED WITH CHARGES IN CANADA FOR MCDONALDS, SHEETZ, ETC. SOMEONE STOLE THEIR NUMBERS & SOLD THEM TO SCAMMERS IN CANADA, DUPLICATED THEIR CARDS, AND CHARGED ITEMS TO THEM!! I AM REPORTING THIS TO POLICE IN COLUMBUS TO INVESTIGATE!!

Sushi quality is ok but the price is the real downfall of this place. Rolls and food are way overpriced for the quality and taste you get. Honestly the only reason I go here is because sashimi prices are not bad (~$6 for 3 pieces) and its within 5 minutes of my house. They need to lower the prices or increase the food quality/taste or else they might not be around too much longer.....
