The food was great but the server was told about milk was in the chair I almost sat in. I had to move it myself and get another one but left that one out against wall so she could see it and have someone come wipe it out. No one showed up. Then I stood in line to pay and waited 10 minutes. I needed to go to restroom so my daughter waited another 3 or 4 minutes. One guy was on phone kept telling someone menu options and ignoring me. The other guy was taking care of the bill of someone in drive up but in the time it took them both to do anything we could have been out of there a lot sooner. The person on phone wasnt placing n order was just inquiring about dinner side options for catering if they used them. All they had to do was ask them to hold for the minute it took to finally settle our bill. I am disabled and have a hard time standing long periods of time. That is 2 times a Bob Evans has been bad in my opinion. I am not eager to try any more. Other was in Heath Ohio. I had a hair in my food. I couldnt eat anything after that from there even after they offered free food. Was afraid of what they might do in anger about it.

i went for breakfast on June 1, ordered the Farmers choice with egg and bacon and wheat toast and hot cakes, when the waitress brought my order out it had sausage links instead of bacon, i told her she said see may have brought out the wrong plate, she left and took it back and left the hot cakes i noticed there were only 2 hot cakes and i know with what i ordered i should have gotten three, the manager was sweeping the floor next to me and i asked him why i only received 2 hot cakes instead of three, he ask me what i ordered i told him and he said only two come with the farmers choice and kept sweeping the waitress came back with my eggs and bacon and i asked her how many hot cakes come with my order she said 3 and she will get me one more, so i took a drink of my coffee she brought to me and i was cold, i cut into my eggs and they were cold, i left the table and told the waitress i was leaving and why she looked at me with her mouth open and i left. if the manager dont know whats on the menu i can understand how this Bob Evans is run

I have no problem with the food but more with the waitresses, they have no respect for married couples they are very easy and non suitibale for a job if you want to screw with half the men then work as a stripper the managers are rude and inconsiderate to workers and try to rip off the hard workers, when the men and women use a excuse to take the day off to get drunk just to party, my husband had excuses from the hospital and doctor excuses and they have threatened to fire him let alone that he has covered many of the workers shifts when they went to parties and got drunk and they didnt want to pay my husband overtime or for his hard work I am very dissappoited with everything that is happening with the business and behind everything my husband is a hard worker and to see people try to take him for granted dissappoints me.

My wife and I eat at various Bob Evans regularly. Service is usually good. However on this date at this location order #40034 our server was very forgetful and did not write down what we said. Consequently several items in our order were wrong. We were not "checked on" to see what we needed, had to get up and request our bill, etc. Perhaps the server was "new." Our check out person also appeared to struggle checking us out. Having to ask for help more then once. My endless farmhouse lunch was good. My wifes harvest chicken power bowl was good also.

Actually I never go back there again. I was watching my server, he just stood by the cash register looking at receipts, while my food sat under the warmer. Probably about 15 minutes. When he finally brought it, he apologized for it being late. He knew we were not happy. My eggs were overcooked, the potatoes were dry and only 1 piece of toast had butter on it. Awful!

We have always received courteous service and great food at this location. I thought about only giving it a four because they dont carry the barbeque ribs all the time and we love those! They are always very accommodating when I substitute items and always check back to see if we need anything else. No complaints here!

I always come to this location. The staff never disappoint. They are always kind and knowledgable of what they are serving. And I appreciate how clean it is. Today, my server, Justin, was very kind when I sent something back. I felt so bad but he was very understanding. I just love it here.

We love our Bob Evans but they are horrible at getting to-go orders right and not even that great at getting orders right inside. But the food is usually good and consistent. HOWEVER, I ordered the steak and it was like a bad grilled frozen burger from the supermarket. Dont do that :(

Our waitress came by 2x, messed up our entire order and had another "associate" bring us our check, and that took 20 minutes to receive. Asked for a box 3times and never received one. No refills, no check ins, basically horrible.

I was cussed out because I made a bacon joke. She thought I was making a joke about the server and handled it wrong. I got less bacon then was proposed also. We also got out food very late.
