I love the fact that they deliver, great crab Rangoon and nice drivers. But that is all I have to say on the positives. Everyone I order I always ask for hot mustard, and I never, I mean never get it! So I do not make a big deal of it because it is delivery, usually food would be cold by the time I get it. Well tonight I really wanted it to go with my skewered beef. Once again I did not get it. I called up and asked if they were making another delivery near me because I was going to wait for it. Oh my gosh, you would of thought I accused them off treason! I tell them I dont have any hot mustard, it is not even marked off on the receipt. They keep telling me to check the bag. Well duh! Why didnt I think of that, silly me.......I ALREADY DID, TWICE!!!! That is how I know I do not have it! I told her I only have 2 white cups with lids and they have red sauce in them. She kept saying it should be yellow not white, look again. So, save yourself time and aggravation, go to Panda Express on Stringtown Rd. Or Windchimes by Tuttle Mall, worth the drive! Never ordering from here again!

Called to place an order at golden chopsticks on west broad and omg, talk about bad customer service. When I first called the woman said please hold and laid down the phone, kept me on hold about 5 minutes and I heard her tending to front register duties. Fine and dandy, I get it everyone wants their Saturday night egg rolls and rice! But she proceeds to answer a different call, take their order (they literally just rang in) and hang up on me! I call back she again says please hold and obviously didnt listen to me when I told her no I was just hung up on and wouldnt like to be put on hold another 5 minutes. When she finally gets to me Im heated I rattled off my order and Im sure she could tell I was pissed I asked for better customer service she said OK thanks. I would never, EVER ignore my customers. I have worked fast food and retail and I personally believe that she delivered poor customer service being busy is not an excuse at all. The food is okay I wouldnt say its the best, and delivery time is okay as well. But we really need to work on listening to your customers.

WORST FOOD EVER!!! I had ordered sweet and sour pork with fried rice and my husband ordered orange chicken with steamed rice as well as some chicken wings. My pork was chewy and almost impossible to eat and greasy. My husbands orange chicken was ordered not spicy so they put an extreme amount of soy sauce in it. The rice was under cooked and still a bit crunchy. The chicken wings where very dry and over cooked as well. We had asked for the manager to explain how unhappy we were. She said she is the owner and WE WERE WRONG! She had also said everything was our fault because we ordered his orange chicken not spicy. We simply asked for our $24 dollars back and she said no, said again it was our fault the food was bad and told us to wait because she was calling the police. DO NOT EAT HERE. Everything was horrible. Worst food, worst people and worst experience ever.

I have Celiac Disease and can be sick for a couple of days from just a minute amount. I have gotten "glutened" from many restaurants who pride themselves on serving GF food. This restaurant was a joyous surprise. My meal was prepared in a pot that was rinsed and quickly dried, then made with a non-breaded white meat chicken with snow pea and veggies, cooked with garlicky white sauce. It was delicious, but...time will tell after about 30-40 minutes. I waited...waited...NOTHING! IT WAS PERFECT! I cant thank you enough for making sure the pot and utensils were clean for me. I will use this restaurant as my new "go-to" from now on! Thanks, guys!!!!

I ordered here before a couple of times and today will be the last. The first few times were not bad. I dont know if they changed management or what. I ordered Hunan chicken , fried rice and a egg role. When it came delivered I could not believe how gross it was. The whole thing tasted stale like it was made days ago. It was the worst Chinese food I have ever tasted in my life .The vegetables did not take fresh. I should have canceled my order anyway because when I called the person on the line was rude.

i wish i could give this restaurant 0 STARS this was the most horrible Chinese food I have ever tasted... i ordered for delivery and it took them an hour and a half to come 0.08 miles. i bought beef and broccoli w/ fried rice and an egg roll IT WAS DISGUSTING. the beef was covered in a gravy that was terrible(the beef was also very tough and dry) the broccoli tasted very old, and the eggrolls are horrible.. i would say dont waste your money, but it taste so bad you have to see for yourself

Right next door to Julian wireless went there to drop off iPad. So I wanted to try this place out! Got some General tso and crab Rangoon! Wasnt top notch but hey it was ok I was hungry! The next day I had bubble guts and the runs! I was thinkin maybe I caught something else where so a week later I went to pick up my iPad! Got the same thing! As in food, bubble guts, and runs! So if you cant poop go there! Also make sure you eat it all because refrigerating makes the food taste plastic!

Horrible customer service called to place an order didnt deliver in my area which is fine but dont just say we dont deliver in that area and hang up especially withour giving me the option to come get it i went and got me and my childs food talked to the manager she really didnt care so after spending with them for five years im going elsewhere people ignorant even on the professional level i wish i knew the owner number

ive eaten at both locations close to 100 times total very consistent friendly staff that rarely changes family owned & operated no msg they use about 3 or 4 different sauces across the entire menu favorites: shrimp with vegetable (any meat is good) crispy chicken chicken w/ broccoli lunch is ultra affordable before 3pm on rare occasion will pay top dollar for delivery they are very fast no matter how you order!!!

Found a dead roack on my chicken fried rice!!!! Never seen something so unclean and disgusting in my 31 years of living. They said it couldnt have been from them but I ordered and ate there. Gave my money back and offered free food!!!! Atr they serious!!! Ate there for Yeats and it was decent bit this is so disgusting I will b calling health board ASAP. Eat at your own risk!

Some of the worst chinese food, let me correct that, FOOD I have ever eaten. Simple order of orange beef, was all gristle, general tsos chicken, was completely burned, and chicken fried rice which was BLACK from so much soy sauce made for the worst meal Ive ever eaten. I would not feed this to my dog. We ended up throwing it all away. DO NOT EAT HERE.
