We stop at this DQ on more trips between Columbus and Circleville than we probably should. Conveniently located on Rt 23 at the north end of South Bloomfield it is easy to get to regardless of your direction of travel. There is a light just south that provides controlled access if you need to get to the restaurant from the northbound lanes and traffic is too heavy. The building has been there a while... I remember begging my parents to stop many times as a kid and Im now in my mid-40s. But it doesnt look rundown. The owners have kept is looking nice. Inside it is typical Dairy Queen, red counters, freezers to the side with cakes and treats. The old-school electronic registers with mics to call the orders back and the local high-school kids waiting to help you. Youre likely to find a line at the drive through though I wouldnt call them slow. Service times seems to be average for DQ. Inside their service times are about the same. There will always be a mix of locals (the little league teams and families coming in for a snack) as well as the travelers on their way through town as they head to Columbus or Portsmouth. Its that character that you come to expect from the local treat shop. Probably the more resounding endorsement I can give them is that I dont ever remember a time our order has been screwed up. They tend to be accurate in that area and that is something, especially as a customer usually passing through, that I appreciate.

Just stood in this dairy Queen for about 15 minutes. There were two people in front of us and two people off to the side waiting for their food. I saw about 5 associates walking around filling orders for the drivethru. Not one employee addressed anyone in line. A girl then walked from behind the counter and sat down to clean each table. Meanwhile people in line are leaving. I left because the service was appalling. I work in customer service so I understand being busy. But you always let your customer know you are there and will be with them as soon as you can, you dont ignore the customer.

Obviously a foot long Coney is not a Coney? We ordered 2 Footlong Coneys with Ketchup and Mustard on 1 And Onion and Mustard on the other! Why is Coney sauce called Coney sauce? We got 2 Hot Dogs no Coney Sauce or Cheese? So therefore a 1 long Coney at this DQ is a Regular Hotdog!!!! WTF???? Even talked to Manager, and no response other then you must say you want Coney Sauce on your Hot Dog thats called a Coney on Menu!!!

I just came from there it was not busy and three of the smallest chicken strips and fries was not hot and I should have let them keep there hot fudge because it looks like they didnt want to give any. Two years ago I came there and it was the best . Not real sure what the change is. If its management but needs slit if help .

The employees arent on top of their game. I ordered a shake and a combo for dine in. They brought the shake out to me and it was as thin as water. I waited for about 15 minutes before they got my meal to me. It wasnt even on a tray, it was in a bag to go. Undercover boss needs to stop in and teach them a few things.

One of the best DQs around. Friendly, fast, and most important our order was right without any worries. Ice cream and shakes were fresh, and love when they turn the blizzards upside down to show you how thick they were. I didnt even have to ask for extra napkins, they actually asked!

Been coming here since I was a little kid, never really had a problem that I can think of other than slow service once in a while. To their benefit, they are in a location where traffic and people can quickly swarm and overwhelm those on staff.

I stop here a lot when Im driving to and from Columbus via US-23. Ive always had fast service and have no complaints about the food. I always receive exactly what I ordered, which hasnt been the case with other Dairy Queens Ive been to.

They have great food. Always fresh. The only issue is they are ALWAYS super busy and it takes forever to get your food. I still love going here and will continue to do so. I just dont go if I am in a hurry to get a bite to eat.

Been here several times! Most of the time food is good. Last time, gravy was thicker than should be and just not good. Manager was awesome about reimbursing me for our extra gravies though.

There blizzard is like a Mike shake with stiff in it....guarantee that will never hand your Blizzard to you upside down like the picture or every other DQ does! If you get a cone, eat fast!
