Beechwold Diner is one of my favorite places to eat in the city. Everything I have ordered has been absolutely delicious. Ive eaten here for both breakfast and lunch. My wife really enjoyed the California Club on a pretzel bun and I liked the BBQ chicken & bacon sandwich (I believe its only on the menu occasionally). The pies look excellent, but I have yet to try a slice as Im too full from my meal to eat anything else. Pricing is spot on and the staff is friendly. The dining area is pretty small, so there can be a wait at times, but the wait is worth it!

Beechwold is pretty much your standard diner. The food is ok, and most of the servers are great. There is a slightly older lady server who is tereible, though. She frequently goes out for smoke breaks and leaves her customers hanging for a long time. We waited 15 monutes for our check, and another 10 for her to pick it up. This was for a meal that took about 20-30 minutes otherwise!

Disappointing. The potatoes were neither home fries nor hash browns, just chunks of potato. And the scrambled eggs werent properly scrambled, they were just an omelet broken up into fragments. The workers were arguing with each other. Jack and Bennys near campus and German Village Coffee Shop are so much better. At least they didnt mess up the toast!

If you are looking for great comfort food for breakfast at a reasonable price you have found the right place. Great pancakes, omelets, french toast, and home fries have made me a semi regular. The lines can be out the door at times, but service is quick and tables turn around pretty quick.

Great staff and great food. They serve breakfast mostly but also some good lunch items like a rueben. Theyve got pie that looks amazingly tempting on the counter - will have to get that next time. Sitting in the back most booth might be a little hot and noisy because its close to the grill.

I eat breakfast here with my brother-in-law any time I visit Columbus. They have an excellent breakfast at a reasonable price. Its neat and clean and the diner setup brings back great memories. Not many budget places have the confidence to let you watch the cook prepare your your meal.

Great place for breakfast reasonable price. This place is good for breakfast one of the better places this one of my favorites already enjoy the food a little small space wise but will satisfy your hunger I recommend it give it a try weekend mornings are busy but worth the wait

Had the meatloaf melt which was wonderful as it was, but it came with the best homemade potato salad I have ever had in an eating establishment!!! Outstanding! This was a special of the day. Will be keeping my eye out for a repeat performance. This chef is a hidden gem.

I hate to give this a 5 because its going to make it more popular and crowded, but I gotta do it! Ha. Best breakfast in town. No reservations and there is always a short wait, but its worth it for a classic diner breakfast, and cheap. My go to spot.

I love this place. It is an amazing diner for breakfast and lunch. The staff are extremely friendly. The food is always excellent. There can be a wait on the weekends especially for groups unwilling/unable to sit at the counter.

Delicious little greasy spoon. Theres kitsch all over the walls and there isnt much seating, but the french toast is to die for and the Big Breakfast is very filling. Be prepared to wait on Sunday mornings.

Delicious breakfast food. Their pancakes are huge! Dont expect any sort of maple syrup. I got butterscotch add ins and didnt even need syrup. Their biscuits and gravy and omelets are also very good.

Potatoes were undercooked, coffee was thin and gross, eggs still had raw whites. Nothing was seasoned properly. Toast came out after meal was done. Slow service. Not really cheap either.
