I work at Autumn Woods nursing facility. We order numerous amounts of food from all departments. The office that Im in has been ordering food all week long, every order was wrong. When you call back to correct the order it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get the correct food. My office wanted to buy lunch today, we placed the order, once again it was wrong. I called back and asked for the manager because they sent the wrong order and a person named Lauren insisted that she was the manager. She stated that next time whoever order need to be specific about the order and it would take 45 minutes to an hour to get the correct. I stated to her that her customer service was terrible and all week long the orders were wrong, she replied " do you want the new order or not, and make sure that you send that wrong order back when you get the new order....Wow. The food was replaced with grease spilled in the bag and lots of grease in the container. Needless to say that we will be telling everyone in the building not to order from 3 sons.

3 1/2 Stars. If they fixed a few things I would make it a 5 star diner. I like this place but do have some complaints. Greek Salad is very good. Polish dinner good but Kraut is not. Service can be slow. Breakfast is really good although omelets have been hit or miss depending on the cook -- although I always order egg whites. I have been here many times and have been disappointed many times with their very slow wait staff or messed up carry out orders. If they could only get that right I would have no complaints. The food is good diner food.

Stopped in and expected the usual "coney island" type of diner but it exceeded my expectations. Waitress was very friendly. Place is nicely decorated with a homey feel. Ordered breakfast and it was hot, fresh and tasty with generous portions. What really stood out to me is how CLEAN it was! Ive been in the cleaning business for many years and its not easy to keep a restaurant in this condition. Every detail of this place was meticulously clean! For me, it doesnt matter how good the food is if youre sitting in a place thats dirty. Job well done!

The office will order breakfast from here every once in a while and today we ordered lunch. Always good food and the best service from the woman who takes the orders to the man who delivers it. Its definitely an office favorite. For such large orders, you would think there would be a few mistakes but there are not. We will continue to order from here as well as spread the word to others..

Now I love this place but today was something different!!! I call and order food every weekend and this day I didnt get my order! I literally called 35 times and it was busy!!! My food was suppose to come at 7:10 because break is at 7:15 and it is now 7:34 and break is over and I still have got my food or no on has answered this phone!!!! Im extremely Pissed off!!!

This is one of the worst places I have ever ordered from. My place of employment orders for convenience because they deliver. Both times I have ordered, my sandwich has been drenched in pickle juice and quite frankly, inedible. I have been charged for food I do not get and get food I did not order. Total disappointment.

If I could give it no stars I would. I ordered chicken and shrimp alfredo... the shrimp still had the shell on the tail so it was a hassle eating it cause u had to take the shell off. But to top it off I had a bug in my food. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Ugh!

They really try. And for breakfast, this is a favorite for my dad and me. Waitresses come and go, and takeouts and deliveries will sometimes slow down your order if you dine in. The staff and food make up for it in my opinion. At least for breakfast.

I had brunch there today. I had the 3all meat breakfast skillet. I did not enjoy it too dry and over cooked. The waitress that served me was friendly. The restaurant is over rated. I have dine in much better restaurants.

Food is good, recommend breakfast skillets. But wont eat there anymore due to a roach running across our table. They just sprayed for bugs and are they are running. They should have closed for a couple days for cleaning!
