I refuse to believe what I ate here was actually pizza. The burgers arent better. I have returned several times in what must be disbelief, and found absolutely no improvement. May god have mercy on the soul of whoever decided to make their pizza the way it is made. I blame the sauce, but there must be other things wrong because you simply cant screw up this badly with just the sauce alone. EDIT: Bumped to three stars because the owner is clearly a cool dude. I stand by every word of my review, but I can always respect a man of character and class.

The pizza is good, but the service is awful. We placed an order over 3 hours ago, they told us it would be 45 minutes and were still waiting. Called twice and both times theyve told us it just left. We ordered at 2:00 on a Sunday afternoon; not what I would think is a busy pizza time. This is the second time weve ordered Rascal House delivery and ended up waiting for hours. Its unfortunate because we do like their food - but probably wont order from them again. Plenty of other pizza places can handle delivery.

last week was a crazy week with an indian music festival in Cleveland.. Rascal pizza was one of the good placed to eat around this event.. This place was completely flooded with people.. wait time was a bit, but I really appreciate all the employees in Rascal, for their great effort. Im not sure if they expected this big rush, but I think they managed it well. I liked the pizzas, but the garlic bread was really average. it smelled garlic, and wasnt toasted well. but overall, a good place for kids..

Ordered food at about 7:!5 online and was told it would take 45 minutes. We called in at 8:30 asking when we would our food and we were told the delivery guy was just leaving... got our food another half hour later. By this time, the garlic bread was room temperature, the sub was barely even warm, and the burger was cold. Would not recommend unless you want to wait an hour and 45 minutes for subpar and cold food.

Absolutely disgusting. Came into town for a romantic weekend to celebrate my boyfriends birthday... arrived cold, minimal cheese, too much sauce, and made us both super sick.. nothing says romance like food poisoning.. the only response we got from the manager was that we have no proof and everything is prepared in batches (aka not fresh)

Sorry I had give a 1 star rating, but this was the worst pizza that I have ever tasted. I ordered the Veggie pizza. Toppings were very scarce and maybe had a few crumbles of Feta cheese. The dough was soft and gooey. Sauce had a weird sour taste. What a waste of $.

As a college student, cant afford expensive food... Rascal House has very good pizza. Even plain cheese is quite nice. Crust is delicious. Cheese breadsticks are to die for. Marinara sauce is by far the best Ive had from a pizza place. Excellent value!

I tried to customize my Pizza and the guy said he couldnt.? How are you a pizza restaurant that cant customize a pizza the way the customer wants. Even though I just got it done that way by the same restaurant?? Dont be lazy.. Two thumbs downs

Food was ok for a snack till i went home for. Dinner. But to get it delivered the drivers dont know where to go. Everyone else I called went to the windmill on CW campus. Not that hard to find.an hr for that. Next time Ill order to pick up.

My girlfriend and me go here quite a lot. Rascals is our designated pizza place. The pizza is always spot on and the fact that they are open til 2am is great for night owls like ourselves ^___^)

The delivery guy was courteous and prompt. The salad and pizza were fine, and the boneless wings were passable. Nothing spectacular though for the price. Maybe better with coupons or deals.

The only good thing about this place is that they deliver. But youre really not getting pizza. The thick, doughy slices are paired with a weird tasting sauce. Be warned.
