Ordered carryout. When we got home there was no sauce on the pizza at all. We called to complain and they made us drive all the way back to the store with the pizza to get a remake that we had to wait even longer for it to cook. When the manager answered the phone, she sighed and gave an attitude like she didnt want to deal with us. She told us to comeback in with the pizza because she didnt believe that they would forget to put sauce on. The remake was drenched in sauce and the pizza was soggy and disgusting. They did that on purpose because while we were in the store waiting for the remake, we could hear the staff talking about us in the back while they were making the pizza. Extremely inconsiderate and would not offer a discount or anything for the inconvenience. Impolite and rude manager and lazy staff who dont care that you have to go out of your way to get something that shouldve been done right the first time. Never eating here again.

The service started out poorly from being rushed while ordering over the phone to coming to pick up my order and the cashier placed it wrong. There was an employee by the name of "josh" who was very helpful and showed excellent customer service by assuring me it was no problem to re make my meduim pizza. He even offered me a drink while I waiting I must say I havent seen good customer service like that in a long time. Thanks a lot Josh ....I hope you advance higher in your company or in what ever future possibility you may have. Bravo!!! Job well Done!!! In case a manager doesnt applaud you ..I do...I also called the manager on duty today to give them my feedback she didnt seem to care though :( ...Because of you i received excellent service!

The server was good, but the pizza was bad. Very dried out. Barely I mean very little sauce on it at all. Not satisfied at all with the quality of it at all. If I ever even have to start ordering it with extra sauce and I get charged for it. I will not go back. I can promise that. I bet if they did add extra sauce it would look like a regular pizza should. Sauce makes the pizza.

Food took over 20 minutes and were the only 2 people in the place. Service is horrible. Couldnt get a refill on my drink for 20 minutes. Server was friendly but very inattentive. When we got our food, it was hot and ok. Probably wont be back.

Almost always satisfied when we come here, Today they left off a few toppings of our pizza we order, and they made us a new one no problems! Great customer service. Definitely the best Pizza hut in this part of Spartanburg

I normally hate all Pizza Hut locations because they have always been bad...but this location is the one exception. The staff has been friendly every time I have been here and the pizza has always been surprisingly good.
