La verdad que ingresar a cenar en un lugar muy bonito y confortable y encontrarse con un señor calvo (Sin pelos) con una cara de agrio no tiene palabras, luego hacernos esperar mas de 10 minutos habiendo mesas libres y cuando una de las chicas se acerca a guiarnos hacia una respectiva mesa, este señor le dice que vaya a hacer otra cosa y nos sigue dejando parados esperando, la verdad que muy mala experiencia, eramos 3 personas que estábamos alojados en el hotel Qualitty o sea a pocos metros y nos encontramos con este señor. Si fuera el dueño analizaría la conducta de este señor que deja mucho que desear. Suerte.

Cinco estrellas En falta de atención educación y respeto, seas europeo o latino, si no le gusta tu aspecto te dejarán en la fila esperando para que te vallas y el señor que no tiene pelo quien prende y apaga la luz le dirá a sus empleados que no te lleven a la mesa. Cinco estrellas en falta de respeto y educación, eso si cerca hay lugares. Con mejor atención y calidad, Sigan así que pronto en su lugar habrá una tienda de descuentos..!!!!!! Felicitaciones...!!!!! Weve come here in the past and have had a good meal and great service. But tonight was different. We had asked for a booth and we were told no you cant no reason given but thats ok. What wasnt ok was the fact we sat there for 5 minutes or so at the table without anyone stopping by and saying they will be right with us or at least offered water. Different servers were moving around, one cleaning, another cleaning off a table after dropping off food. The restaurant wasnt busy, about 6 tables seated and 6 servers so there was time to stop by and offer anything As a result we went next door to Perkins and had an enjoyable meal.

Breakfast at Bob Evans has become a tradition with our family. Because the food is always fresh, delicious and the servers are wonderful with welcoming personalities . Ive never had a negative experience there. The atmosphere is warm and homey and always very clean. The aromas of freshly baked breads, pies and biscuits are amazing . It really is a good place to have a delicious , scrumptiousss meal. Ive eaten at both the ones in Clermont and the one off highway 27. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For both places. Oh , the pricing is decent, cheaper then IHOP ! And the food way better! You can buy pies to put in freezer and muffins to take home

Horrible. Racist. We were first in line for a table so the manger told us 15-20 minutes to to get a table. It starts to get packed and everyone starts get seated but us. So I go to the manager and ask him whats going on. He tells me your the next person in line I look at the paper where each person was signed in and we were suppose to be first. Then as we ate and we done so we were leaving the manger had mumbled make sure you pay! Then as I pay he waits and watches me at the door like if I wasnt gonna run and not pay !

We are frequent customers here. Never a bad meal, always good sevice. However, today service was not good. Waitress made mistake, brought pot roast instead of pot pie. She corrected it ok, but didnt bother changing bill which was over $2. More for pot roast. Coffee was luke warm, not hot. I asked for hot cup of coffee, 2nd was same as first. Asked again for hot coffee, and still luke warm. Gave up on coffee. Food was excellent as usual.

There were tables that needed to be cleaned when we arrived and still werent cleaned when we left. Our table was dirty. Food waited for 10 minutes out of the kitchen before being brought to us. When given our straws the paper was torn off and a clean wrapped straw was not given. After about 10 minutes we eventually got up and asked for a straw at the checkout register. Overall the worst Bob Evans I have been to.

I like Bob Evans, usually. But this particular location at this time served cold, undercooked food, eggs that were handy a plate of whites with hardly any yoke and a strawberry crepe that was swimming in strawberry syrup with huge chunks of strawberry dunked on it and no cream cheese filling. Bad show from them today. No tip for waitress either as she didnt check on me nor see me quickly from being seated.

First when we walked in it took 2 minutes to get seated when there we were in the back of 10 people. Then when we got seated it took only a few seconds for the waiter to get there. About ten minutes after we ordered we got are food. The food was great and tasted like a bite into heaven. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Great food and great service this place deserves a 5 star rating.

Come back from eating at Bob Evans (nr jnt 55 I-4) and felt compelled to write a review. Excellent food & service. The pot roast is delicious and with 3 hungry teenagers, 3 course meal for $10.99 is fantastic value. Wish Id eaten here more often, and will definitely return when back in Florida from UK. The best food and prices in 2 weeks of being in Florida.

Dirty silverware, incomplete dishes arriving at table (missing items), long wait for food. You could tell the plates had been sitting under the heat lamp for quite some time. Some items were melted/dried out. The bread was dry/hard, and we were unable to eat it. Our server was very kind and professional, however, I believe we were overcharged for our dinner.

The tea tastes spoiled almost every time we come, but the food is spot on. We eat breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays and this Bob Evans has the best food but we cant come here because I like to drink about 4 glasses of tea with my meal. Every three months or so we come back hoping the tea will be fixed. It hasnt happened yet. :(

Only reason I dont give it a 5, because there were like 4 items that werent available. My hubby was bothered he couldnt have a pot pie, not to mention his 2nd choice wasnt available as well as his 3rd. They said it was the storms fault, not being able to receive shipment.But what we did have was good! Place was clean!!

Food was OKAY, our Server Antionet was sweet and very nice. The pancakes were the best. I had coffee and my family had water. We did have to order juice just because the waters had a bad taste. The homefries on the other hand tasted spollied. We would return for the pancakes but thats about it.

At first when they said my credit card was rejected I thought they were stupid so I paid cash then the charge was levied against my credit card and I decided that they are crooks and filed a challenge, as of today they have not refunded my money. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant.

Attended twice for breakfast so cant comment on lunch or dinner. Breakfast on both occasions was excellent. Service was excellent on both occasions also. Kids menu is pretty decent too. The brioche French toast was awsome. Very reasonable prices too. Highly recommended.

Always come here either for breakfast before shopping or for dinner. Food is always good and not greasy, waiting staff are friendly and helpful and food usually makes it out in a timely manner. The WiFi is quite slow/doesnt work sometimes though.
