My girlfriend got very sick on her dinner. She thinks the fish was undercooked. As soon as we got home she began severely vomiting. I called and asked for the manager. Katie answered and said she was the manager and part owner. I told her what was going on and she insisted that it had nothing to do with her food and must have been from something she ate earlier. I reminded her that she was not a doctor and that I would like her food refunded which she said she would not do. Didnt even offer her a free meal to make up for it. I told her I was going to leave bad reviews and she told me she would just have her lawyer get them removed. I could not believe we were being treated this way when we go here once every two weeks and it was one of our favorite places to eat. I am very disappointed in this business and will never return nor will I recommend anyone go here.

Great Food! Offers a variety of menu items from fresh oysters, great salads, generous portions of chicken dishes, a beautiful dish of shrimp & grits that comes with a delicious portion of pork bellies and a kids menu! There is a separated oyster bar (if youre worried about allergies) for the guests to indulge their craving for oysters raw, steamed, fried, and CHAR GRILLED... YUM! Order em up by the bucket, dozen or half dozen and wash those bad boys down with a beer, mixed drink (they do have liquor) or a glass of wine! They have outdoor seating on their patio and offer another bar in their dining room area. Great place to bring the family, kids, and friends of all ages!

Wow! Wow! Wow! This place is a total sleeper. You would never guess from looking at it that they have some of THE BEST food seafood dishes in Central Florida. The shrimp and grits were rich, but super stellar. The chargrilled oysters are impossible to stop eating. And the bartender hooks up some amazing drinks! As a huge Prices Rising fan, I can honestly say that this place is slightly more. This spot served up some of the most amazing oysters my man and I have ever had ... If the ambiance fit the food, we might have to pay twice as much ... It feels like Im stealing eating here at such reasonable pricing.

The cleanliness of the restaurant was my first red flag. Bugs on windowsill, cobwebs, grimy walls. Not an environment I was excited to eat at...but gave it a shot. Coke tasted off..okay..fine...but then food took forever to come, not even a busy time. Food arrives, and fries are cold, and one of our orders is wrong. Even to remedy the situation took awhile. Dont know where our server went, either. This place could use attentiveness to detail and a step up in customer service

As 11 of us on motorcycles arrived to have lunch here, we where met with very helpful staff as many of us have never been here before. I had the Cuban Nachos. It was hug but so good. I took hale of it home. We went back a few weeks later. I had the Florida Salad along with 4 others. It was it is a wonderful salad. ALL of the salads we had where as fresh as they could be. Best of all the prices are very resizable.

Our Tiki West experience was a mixed bag, unfortunately. The service was, by far, the highlight of our visit. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, fun and helpful. The view of Lake Dora from our table was also quite lovely. The food could not keep up, however. While nothing was bad or poorly prepared, the food was merely ok. Surprising given the care taken to make Tiki West a fun, inviting restaurant and bar.

The food was absolutely delicious! Staff was friendly and attentive each time we went. My husband likes the raw oysters, I do not; I get their Charbroiled Oysters which are spectacular! The Conch Fritters are spot-on and their fried fish is juicy not dry. Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.

Great place for FRESH Seafood especially Shrimp, Clams, & Oysters. Usually crowded but able to get a table or place at Raw Bar in reasonable amount of time. Very nice Owner & Staff. Wednesday is Half Price Shrimp, so get 1lb for 1/2lb Price! Also has outside/outdoor seating with views of Lake Dora.

Loved the food. 1st time visiting Florida and was seeking good seafood. My server Leeanne was the best. Tried my 1st raw oyster here and it was good but I opted for the dozen grilled oysters and a lb of shrimp. My wife enjoyed her pulled pork sandwich also. All n all a good experience.

Stop in on our way home from Orlando. The staff are very friendly. Ben and Abby made us feel right at home!! The Cole slaw is to die for! We ended up hanging out there the entire night for football, dinner and a great time. Definitely worth a trip here and we plan on coming back soon.

Horrible! Stay Away! Bad service! High prices for below average food. The only thing good is raw oysters and thats because they dont make them. Bathrooms look like a fraternity houses bathrooms. If they cant keep a 6ft by 6ft area clean, God only knows what the kitchen is like.

All you can eat menu is the way to go!!!! Great food and servers. The construction out front is a really annoying, but the little walk for the food is worthwhile. Best seafood I had without having to go out the coast. Save the gas money and order some oysters!!!

If you loving the feeling of your intestines being pushed out of your mouth while kneeling before the porcelain thrown, come on down to Tiki West Raw Bar and Grill. Poor food, poor service, mosquito swarms, and terrible decor guaranteed.

So sad they stopped serving the All-You-Care-To-Eat snow crabs every day. Other than that the food is good, always clean, and service is excellent. When you go you must try the coconut shrimp with extra sauce. The burgers are juicy.

Crab was great and loved the flavor of the shrimp but they were over cooked and tough. The crawfish was cooked perfect, but had no seasoning to it, just steamed plain. Cold beer though. I just need to order different next time lol

Ate 3 dozen raw oysters. Best ive had in awhile. They were awesome. Busy for a monday now that they play bingo. The owner was the chef for the night and was very accommodating on service since he was behind. Loved the food.

Shrimp and grits are amazing! Also had a bucket of raw oysters, appeared very fresh and great flavor. Service was very good. Other restaurants in the area are lacking in the service department. Thank you Tiki West.
