The ambiance at Quaker Steak is quite comfortable & pleasant. Hospitality is always awesome, shout out to Cathy & Kim... Theyre usually serving where the soup & salad buffet is set up. As we all know, hospitality is half the pleasure of dining out... And these young ladies fit the bill. Food is delicious... But I really feel bad, having to be brutally honest of my reviews. The wings were terribly SOGGY... I just didnt have the heart to complain during the busy lunch time. As a consumer advocate, I wont be ordering wings from Quaker Steak again. (Even though wings are "supposed" to be their specialty, and they arent cheap!) The ambiance & hospitality are worth going back... Plus theres a vast selection of other foods to order off their menu. #NoMoreWings

We came in to the Quaker Steak in Sheffield, Ohio. Mind you, I used to work at the one in Vermilion five years ago. First off, I understand the menu will change, but the pictures didnt look appetizing at all. I remember how the food tasted. Its not good enough to be charging the prices they are charging. We ordered drinks, proceeded to look at the menu. Decided that we would enjoy our drinks, pay for them and leave. We told the waitress this and apologized. She came back about two minutes later, took our drinks and said, the manager said not to worry about it. The impression that was left was that they dont want anyone there who isnt eating. I was embarrassed and felt that we were treated rudely. I will not be back again!

Just walked out. Wouldnt recommend. I had the fish and chips. I could see the grease dripping off my fish. Fries were just as bad with salt. Husband had the kentucky burger- he couldnt even finish half. The beef tasted terrible and everything was drenched in butter. Service was decent but the waiter didnt ask how the food was- otherwise I might have said something there! Not to mention the whole restaurant is dirty. While walking out there were two tables; clean with people or dirty.

Came here for dinner tonight with my mom and two sisters. The host, server, and bartender that took care of us were extremely unfriendly and rude. The bartender took care of us because our server ignored us and it took almost 20 minutes just to get our drinks. (The restaurant was almost empty at this point) By far the worst customer service Ive ever had. Really disappointed in this place. Only good thing was the food. The kitchen staff did an outstanding job on our wings.

Bike night is our favorite time to go. The biker chick salad is amazing, I definitely recommend it. They always have awesome deals going on and the staff is always very polite. It can get pretty crowded during event nights and your server might not stop and check on you as often as you like, but if you wave one down theyre happy to get you what you need. All in all Ive had mostly good experiences here.

Food was horrible, portions were tiny, wait time was very long, a 1/2 an hour to recieve food after it was ordered, mine was so bad I had to return it and watch everyone else eat, then the manager had the nerve to charge me for a pop!!! The other 3 in the group all left their food on their plates because it was so bad. Never again will we eat there.

Food was good. Service a little slow on this Sunday afternoon. Difficulty finding a place to park due to car show. No signage and told to leave lot after 3 (non-swimmer) cars in front of me were allowed to park. Instructed to park in neighboring hotel which wasnt bad but poorly indicated.

Had our grandsons bday party here last evening. The waitress was very good. I was disappointed with my order. Bone in wings. Overcooked, small, little meat. I also missed the way the menu showed the heat index on how hot the wings were. I guessed at the Buckeye BBQ. Not hot at all!

Once again, changed the menu,jacked up the price. You get less for the higher price. Direct Tv was out due to rain,good thing no important games were on or Id really be pissed. Did away with a lot of menu items. One pound of wings is 6 wing for $7.99 over a dollar a wing

Would never order from them again. Specifically asked for breaded wings. When I picked the order up the wings were not breaded. When I called them to let them know, I was now told they dont have breaded wings. The person that I talked to was also very rude.

Always good food here. Service has been consistently good as well. The deep fried pickles are great. And dont just think this is a wing or burger place. Their ribs are also very good. Family friendly and cool decor, this place is a winner.

Great food! My husband had the Saturday T Bird steak special and I had the grilled fish tacos. They were delicious and reasonably priced. Good selections of beers on tap. Love the decor and atmosphere! Will definitely be eating here again!

Worst service I have ever had. The hostess and server made us wait unnecessarily for a crazy amount of time and there were plenty of tables and workers milling around. Do not come here expecting a quick turn around.

Good chain restaurant with very nice decor. Wide variety menu. Very good and nicely sized wings with large selection of sauces. Try the home made potato chips with "Lube" sauce. Yummy

The service here is amazing. My sister works here so we got a small discount with 5 people. The total was about 50 bucks. I reccomend coming here for a night out with a small amount of money.
