Ordered my food at 4:51 and it took a freaking hour and change to get to my address?! Yes i was lazy normally I do pick up but I was without my car tonight. It wasnt even pizza, I got a wrap and chicken tenders. An hour?! Its a Friday Im aware and being that I used to manage a pizza store this is completely unacceptable. Second I asked the driver to call when They were downstairs, did they read ? No. The driver was nice, polite, but whomever manages or supervises this particular store needs more training. I called to ask where my food might be and the girl could only say "uhhhh its not there?", no its not why would I call if it was?! I go to the guys downtown Cleveland weekly for lunch so this must just be a Parma store thing but wowzers. Guess I have to place my order at 2pm to get it by 530...my wrap was ruined and my wings box was crushed leaving the sauce all over my other boxes. I cant give a negative star so they get a pity one for this failure

Waited almost an hour and a half for my pizza, wasnt very hot, cheap ingredients, over priced, flat crust and the cheese was missing on a good third of the entire pie. Cant see this place being in business for much longer. I paid almost $16 for a one topping large pizza, let me tell ya, not worth it.

Sent an email asking about the type of enzymes used in their pizza cheese. I have some dietary restrictions and wanted to know if the enzymes in their cheese is animal derived or microbial. Never heard back. Shame, I heard really good things about their pizza, but I guess Ill never know first hand.

Never had a gyro where the meat looked prepackaged cause it was.. looked like thick Salisbury steaks.. no way that came off a spickett of a cooked rack of lamb.. each slice is suppose to be shaved off and thin. This came from a market.. been in bathroom all night..

Very Poor service. Sub Par Pizza. Go elsewhere in Parma Oh. Napoleons is great. The store refused to give me a new calzone after screwing up our order. Ridiculous! They have every right to do what they like. I have every right to share my poor experience everywhere

Ive known guys since I was 16. Back when I lived out Euclid with their original location on e222nd. Theyve never failed me and Im happy knowing theyre still within 5 minutes of me in parma. Still great food even after all of these years

I used to like the place. That was up until I placed my order for delivery, was billed for it, and never received my food. Its quite a poor experience to pay $30, wait two and a half hours, and still being hungry at the end of it.

First off, I ordered a 24 piece wings, and got 19 instead. Asked for ranch, and it tastes like tarter sauce, fries were hard and cold. And to make matters worse, the chicken was nasty as hell. Im never eating here ever again

Food was cold, order was wrong, and when we called they still insisted that there was pepperoni on a cheese pizza. They must have shred it into the cheese cause it sure wasnt visible. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I tried this place when it first opened, and wasnt impressed. However, I have ordered from them since and the quality is incredible! I recommend the Guyro piza - so good! Pizza comes piping hot and on time.

The pizza was not expensive, but it also seemed very cheap. It tasted okay while eating, but Im pretty sure it gave me food poisoning. Basically, if you need a pizza flavored laxative, this is for you.
