Unfortunately, one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I have had in while. My boyfriend and I visited the Burgers 2 Beer on Euclid Avenue Saturday, around 5pm. After waiting for over an hour to receive two burgers we questioned the staff as to how much longer the wait would be. They said they would check on it and when we mentioned that we had been waiting over an hour the response we received was "A lot of people have". We watched several people go back up to the register and ask for their money back. The family sitting across from us got their daughter a sub from the Jimmy Johns next door and once their daughter was finished eating they just left without ever receiving their food. When our food finally arrived the burgers were severely over cooked and burnt to a crisp around the edges. There are some serious problems that need to be addressed with this place. From not informing guests upon ordering that it would be over an hour wait for this "express" burger place, to the unsympathetic staff, and the over cooked and basically terrible burgers. The are infinite other options to get decent or outstanding burger in Cleveland and I wouldnt waste your time with this place.

I work for my Citys Police Department and we placed a lunch order at the Cleveland Express location. Most of our burgers were incorrect, we were missing a few items, and our total was $10 too much. All I wanted to do was to make them aware that our order was incorrect, so that it could be prevented from happening to others, and to just see if I could get an explanation or clarification on the discrepancy in the prices. When I called and asked for the manager, I was told to call back in an hour because he had stepped out for awhile. When I called back 2 hrs later and asked for the manager, I could hear a male say in a very angry attitude, "Get a name and number and tell them I will call them back or else we have nothing to talk about and this is coming from the owner." I would have been perfectly happy to leave my name and phone number, however the added comments and attitude was completely unnecessary. You have now lost a lot of City business and I will be telling anyone that will listen about this experience.

This place is LEGIT! We were visiting Cleveland for the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, and stayed at the Comfort Inn Downtown. This place was in walking distance to the hotel, and we absolutely loved the menu. My boyfriend especially enjoyed speaking with the cook, Jonathan. He was very personable, had a great sense of humor, and knew a lot about sports. I got the LUTHER - which was a bacon cheeseburger with a glazed donut as the bun! It basically disappeared as soon as it hit the table. SO GOOD! He got the Vampire Killer - also very delicious. Definitely recommend the tater tots loaded with sloppy joe and cheese! Indulgent, fun, and satisfying!

I went in yesterday for the first time and the last time ever. It took forever to get our food. The food itself was ok, no complaints there. The problem was the diarrhea I had after eating there. Its quite embarrassing when you have to visit the ladies room 4 times in one afternoon. I literally shat 4 times and had to go home early and shower. No thanks! Edit...In response to the owner...that is ridiculous, I know my body. I was fine before eating at your establishment, I highly doubt you are a doctor or nutritionist. The food at Burgers 2 Beer made two people who were fine before eating there sick. An apology would be nice.

In town for a concert(from Sharon, PA), found this place online and was not disappointed. Burgers and fries were great. Owner was really friendly. Good beer selection. I got the "oh cheesus" , its a burger with grilled cheese sandwiches as the buns. Really good, be sure to add bacon. Fries were homemade in house and were awesome. I could not finish my burger but it will not go to waste... Midnight snack of awesomeness! Edit: theres a full bar in the back and wife wants me to be sure to mention the good music playing.

Best place in Cleveland in my opinion. I have been here for work for months and have met the best people and made actual friends here. The drink selection is second to none and the service is the same! Lifelong memories for sure here on my late nights hanging with the folks here and Carrie has been the best bartender, and now friend, a patron could ever ask for. Wish she could come back to Florida to tend bar at my regular place back home lol. Definetely will miss my "staff meetings" here.

I go to Burgers to Beer at least 4 times a week. Carrie, the bartender, has my drink on the bar and ready by the time I even walk up to the bar to order, all the while greeting me with a smile and enthusiasm. Ian, the GM, always makes it a point to come by and talk to me and we always have great conversations. The customer service, drinks, and food are all amazing and I highly recommend this place to the fullest!!!!!!!

Maybe this chain has different franchise owners at each location but the one by my house offers a turkey burger and this one does not. Asked the bar tender if they served margaritas and he said "no" with a snarky smile. This location is also very casual with no wait staff. Fitting due to the fact that its next to CSU. Nevertheless was looking for an enjoyable dinner before a concert and yeah.....

Walking and saw sign. The staff is friendly and will always ask if you need anything else. Great atmosphere with a family setting or walk down hall and have a bar sitting. Loved my food got the Good Bad and Ugly with home cut fries. Delicious!!! Why you ask? Because I hardly ever eat burgers! Cooked just right and seasoned so you actually still taste the meat. Would highly recommend!

Slow service, none of the sodas seemed carbonated, flat. When I advised cashier, short heavy set blond, she kinda went in the back didnt seem to know what to do..after my third attempt for a $2.00 soda i just asked for my money back. Bartender was kind enough to bring me a bottle of water. Burger was ok..wont go back $13.00 for burger, fries and bad soda....

Great burgers here. We really enjoyed the pickle fries, although they were out of the wasabi dip. They have a rather large menu, it might benefit you too go to their website and look at the menu there to get an idea of what you want to speed things up. They have just about any kind of burger you could think of, including a peanut butter burger.

Good happy hour. I asked for my well drink in a curvy beer glass and the bartender offered a double for $2 more. The acoustics are terrible, however. It was so noisy, we had a hard time conversing. We couldnt even hear the music! Id go back for happy hour if there wasnt a bachelorette party in there at the same time!

Overpriced and mediocre. In the spirit of fairness the staff was friendly, and my food was not terrible. However for a ~$15 lunch I expected much tastier food. Ive definitely given Subway half as much for a tastier sandwich. This is not the review I wanted to leave, but its what they get for what I got.
