Updated review - April 2017 - After some delay The B Spot did reach out to me and let me know that they have addressed issues at the casino location. I have visited twice before updating my review and can report that previous visit unhappiness has been in fact addressed and fixed. Dinner last night was typical B Spot fantastic. I am including a photo of the bratwurst and while burgers are the B Spot specialty, dont sell yourself short and miss out on a fantastic brat. Great job B Spot! Feb 2017 - Food was not up to other B Spot location standards. Tried contacting B Spot on their website about my visit with no response before I decided to post this. Got no reply in 3 weeks. If they care so little about my bad experience to not bother contacting me then folks should know that. Tiny, poor tasting burger, tomato so unripe it was white. Pretty rough meal overall. Pics attached for you to see for yourself. That finger is my wifes index finger. The burger was just larger than from her fingertip to her knuckle.

After ordering my meal I was alerted by the device they give you that it was ready. Upon approaching the counter I was told that my order wasnt in fact ready. So after all the people in my party had received their meals mine was still not ready. They had no clue what I ordered but kept insisting it was done. I was met with rudeness and attitude until I asked for my money to be returned. Then and only then was my meal supposedly ready, only 36 minutes for a burger with no fries! Worst part about it is I put a tip in their tip jar only for them to ruin my lunch hour! This location and the people that are employed there are a tremendous tarnish to the restaurants quality! I will never be visiting this location and possibly any others ever again! At least I hope they enjoy the tip for doing absolutely nothing!

B Spot Burgers are pretty good. They are a bit small which only further highlights the real problem here. The prices. This B Spot is located in the casino which likely is causing the inflated prices. This location is the kind of place that even charges for a glass of water. Unfortunately when you pay that much for a small albeit good burger it tends to leave you feeling a bit discontent. Definitely leaves me less likely to return to any B Spot location even though Ive enjoyed the other locations. Fries are thin cut fries, like youll get at Steak NShake. Seasoned with rosemary. Not a fan of thin cut fries myself, but the seasoning is quite good. The employees here are nice enough, but they do not come off as engaging or friendly.

This is as close to In-n-Out as you can find anywhere. I got the double burger and it was delicious! It is a little more money than In-n-Out but well worth it as the lines are way shorter. They only have outdoor seating so this could be a downer if it is chilly outside but it is in the middle of a square in Cleveland so there is plenty of people watching to do.

Been coming here for over 10 years now. You cant find a better tasting chili burger plus the cost of it anywhere else in OH. You want nostalgia? Come through and see what everyones talking about. My most recent order was... Double cheese burger, chili burger, fries and chili cheese fries... Grand total: $13.50!!!

I know I might be in the minority... but it was only OK> The beef tasted like it was part of a pre-made patty that may have been frozen. I prefer my burgers to fall aprt like the beef was just pressed on a griddle.

Terrible paid 17 dollars for a salad. You would think for that price it would be good. Well i could have gotten a better salad at Wendys. This is by far very disapointing. You will never get my money again.

Amazing milkshakes!!! The burgers were also delicious. However, nothing compares to Michael Symons Lolita, and I am eagerly awaiting the re-opening of the restaurant and hope it is not permanently closed.

After going to the Johnny little bar, this place is no comparison. Staff was horrible as well. $11.00 burger with no fries or beverage. Never again.

Unfortunately this B Spot has a limited menu, but is still very good. Love the thin, crispy fries. The Yo burger is also delicious.
