Im not usually a bad reviewer, so excuse my tone: My experience was more than interesting. The wonderful little hostess welcomed us promtly upon arrival (party of 2), seated us in the "less busy" low table about-faced on the bar side. Our server, whom I believe was doubling as a bartender (with zero customers at the bar AND a bar-back to assist with alcoholic beverages to be made for the restaurant..) greeted us, took our order within a few minutes. All was well as we ordered our bottomless steak fries and two burgers. Ordering our second basket minutes later took some time as our server frantically ran from her stationed tables in her section. We accepted her as overwhelmed with her 3 [4.. tops] tables, so we overlooked the fact we had no silverware or napkins, resorting to the paper offered in the bathroom. Id have to say we were fair with our patience, arriving at 7:07; seated near immediately; attended to at 7:10 (roughly); and then COMPLETELY IGNORED until 7:46PM. At which we decided it was best to just wander on out. It didnt appear that our foods order had been placed, (I figured that may have jogged our servers memory) but alas, the food; nor the server came our way. But instead the high top table RIGHT NEXT TO US was attended to frequently.. even asked repeatedly if they would like more fries; at which they declined. (While our basket sat empty at the edge of the table, which I believe is socially acceptable for proper etiquette when finishing something.) Perhaps being a party of four and not two younger adults weighed more important. So, as our waitress approached our neighbors with her back COMPLETELY turned to our table as if we insulted her mother.. for the last time at 7:46PM, is when we chose the Brooks gourmet burger joint 5 to 8 minutes (depending on traffic) South of this Red Robin location. As far as the identity of our server, all I can say on that is that she was a fair skinned woman with dark hair.. a long bob with a pinned back bang. I would loved to have given a name, but she wasnt around long enough for me to catch it.

Today 10/19/2015 - 1:15 pm The service was less than expected. When we walked in, a lady leaving said, " I hope your service was better than ours." I asked our waitress which was better between 2 burgers, and rather than say , "this one sells more than the other or Vise-versa, she let me know she DIDNT EAT MEAT! Oh.... Okay. Well, I dont like vegetables, but could steer someone in the right direction (especially in front of children). THEN when the bill came (45 minutes later), I had an ENTERTAINMENT FEE of $1.99??? I asked the server and she explained it was the little Computer Gizmo on the table (which my 10 year old grabbed & I never looked at). I now understand it stated if you want to play apps/games there is a $1.99 charge. I then spoke to the Manager on duty, Chris. Although I showed him I had an iPad with us & had I understood the rules (maybe explained my the server), My children would have used what we brought for FREE. Chris, the Manager refused to remove the $1.99 charge and said, "It could not be done nor could removing a milk shake or soft drink." He also stated, "some people just get mad and leave and we then take it to another level." I said, "are you making a threat to me?" He of course said, "no." I have NEVER had an issue with the Fort Myers location by the airport and have now had 2 bad experiences in the Naples location. I believe we will get our burgers elsewhere. Thanks, Chris (Manager) for making this a positive visit! With the 2 1/2 star on Google & Yelp, Im surprised anyone would ever go.....

Both of us ordered specialty burgers with endless fries, plus 2 drinks for lunch on June 13, 2015. Pros: Exterior was neat, but some of planting areas were rather worn looking, generous parking, immediately greeted and seated by friendly hostess, both burgers were very large and quite tasty, price was reasonable for the full platters we received, waitress was friendly and helped us select menu items. Cons: Interior too dark, floors were free of debris but not clean, although we were only the third party to seated in that particular section of the dining area the waitress failed to bring our drink order for a full 10 minutes after ordered, she took another 15 minutes to bring our food order, after waiting then flagging her down to ask for refills she spent another 10 minutes getting the second drinks to us, orders were sloppily presented but that might have been because the burgers were so large, extra napkins were needed as the huge burgers were rather messy to eat. Since we did not know if the bar and kitchen staffs inefficacy was the cause for the waitresss slow service to us or not, we did leave an over 20% tip. And, as it should be, we also left a tip which included what the cost of the free birthday meal one of us received would have been. That is only reasonable.

I dont like to leave bad reviews. But this was a memorable visit in a bad way , its not the first time I come to this location and the last two times I came here I wast impressed but when I go to the one in gulf coast town centre I always come out satisfied with the service. In the Naples red robin starts with the hostesses not being in her post for 3-5 minutes then when you are seated waitress takes 10-15 minutes to show up (she seems overwhelmed or lost ). I got 2 kids and they take some time make a decision, she rolls her eyes then we make our order 20-30 minutes later the food is not done and when we asked she remembers we exist (on the mean time we see the hostess do the same thing to every person coming in ) after food comes in she forgets to put a soup order. Manager comes in apologize for the mistake and I ask for more fries (show up 30 min later ). Its a shame to have a. Red robin in Naples and not feeling like taking the family there ever again.

very far from gourmet burgers and service. sat at the bar and ordered an the special $15 1/2lb angus burger, medium cook, on pretzel bun that looked great on the menu. I wish I had taken a picture of this thing when it finally came out. Burger was cooked past well done, dry as hell and not a hint of seasoning. The amount of the special beer cheese on the burger was comical and when I pointed it out to the extremely unaccommodating bartender,she really sucked but I wont go into that, she said "Ill go get the manager and you can try to get something out of him" instead of saying "wow, Ill go get you some cheese and Ill check again to see if the fries that were supposed to come out with your burger are ready yet" the fries finally made it out and were half cooked with the tips that were sticking out of the fryer being still frozen. food sucked, bartender sucked. Now I know why the place was empty

Our family just moved here from Arizona, first meal in Naples. We choose Red Robin because of their allergy selection. We eat at this chain often and usually get good service. But this time, it sucked. Took forever to get our drinks, fries, napkins, cutlery....it all came out separately. When my burger came out I could only eat two bites. The bread was we with pickle juice. I asked for a new him. 10 minutes later and I still was waiting. So I returned the burger and then they offered to make me a new one. By then everyone else in my party was done eating, so I asked that it be removed from the bill. I dont know if I will go back. Maybe it was a bad night...dont know.
