In the area visiting relatives and ended up over here for a quick bite to eat between stops. For burgers which were requested the options were here or Five Guys whose fries we arent a fan of (my younger son is a fry connoisseur) so we decided to try this place which isnt in the Midwest. The interior was clean and well laid out. For drinks they have the self serve coke machines where you can pick from a large variety of options. I had the bacon burger, my wife had the vege, my boys went with the hotdogs, an order of fries and order of onion rings for the table. No complaints all around thouh the fries werent gone by the end of the meal as expected so I cant truly say what that means to the little fry eater of the family. Still, a good concept and worth stopping in for a tasty burger and sides. Oh, they also serve a variety of beers and more.

Just ate here for the first time! Very impressed. Gave customer care I thought that had been left in the past. The food ACTUALLY looked liked the pictures! And it was So Good! Big portions. Gave us samples of their custard at our table. The owner came and had a conversation with us and made sure we had everything we needed before we left including providing us with sides of burgerfi sauce for our leftovers and giving us coupons for next time! The crew told us goodbye when we left. Very clean atmosphere. Very very pleased.

On vacation from the UK. Ordered a take out. I get that it is probably expected that food wont be piping hot with delivery, but stone cold is unacceptable. Dont offer delivery if you have no way of keeping food warm! I have to say I was very disappointed. Burgers were fairly tasty but very small, toppings and extras were meagre and overall looked nothing like the images. No ketchup or salt sent for the enormous amount of fries. Seriously expensive for what we received. Wont order again.

WARNING: Im a very fussy eater and I care about food ingredients and taste.This is definitely the BEST hamburger in the history of the world! Grass feed beef, no hydrogenated oils and the option of no high fructose soda. I dont drink soda, but if I did. They have the correct bun to burger ratio, not too big, not too small and its moist. They also have the best onion rings, cut very thick and perfect! I once was a Five Guys Guy, but not anymore:)

Great atmosphere! Pretty good burgers and fries. But price is a bit high for what you get. I bought one"Double Bacon Double burger" fries a beer and one shake. It cost just over $23.00. Five guys has the same type of set up but I can buy three burgers, any way I want it with fries and drinks for about $30.00. pretty easy math if you ask me. Dont get me wrong this is a great place great atmosphere just pricy.

Very tasty burger! When at home, I typically grill organic beef patties that pack the flavor, so I was a little skeptical of the flavor of the BurgerFi burger going into the experience for the first time. I was impressed! Also, the veggie burger is the best Ive ever had outside of my home. And to top the food off, BurgerFi has a super attentive and friendly staff. Im a repeat customer now!

Watched three people get there orders before us and the person told us it was because of our order of large onion rings. Yet they gave a large order of onion rings to a couple that came right after us. The staff needs training on how to speak to customers. The only person that seemed to care was the cashier which had no control over the food order.

Hit or miss on the burger. Sometimes its piping hot and delicious. Sometimes its luke warm and bland. This might be due to how many patrons are dining at the same time as you. Some would compare it to 5 Guys since they offer the same type service. The fries are better here and the settings are better (TVs) in my opinion here.

Dont visit the Bathrooms!!! Your feet will stick to the floor, sink was really dirty, etc. Bathroom Hasnt see seen soup since it was first opened. Was there New Years day..... 2017. Dont think we will be back. Imagine what the kitchen looks like. Really scary on their priorities.

Great staff, nice restaurant, and the burguers were amazing. I ate a double cheese burger with bacon and it was fantastic; I also had fries and onion rings and the were very good. The overall experience was very good; expect to pay over 12 dollars though.

Love, love, love BurgerFi! Their food is always delicious, fresh, and fast. I wish there was another BurgerFi in Naples - oh wait! Theyre building one on Immokalee Road at the southeast intersection at Goodlette-Frank. Thats great for us! Thanks!!

Put in my online order. It was said to be picked up at 1:57. I finally got my to go order at 2:20. Clearly they forgot or didnt see the order. Btw burgerfi dont mind commenting on this. All youll do is tell me it will be fixed and that youre sorry.

I believe my family got food poisoning after sharing a meal from this restaurant. Its the only similar thing we ate that day and we all got sick just a few hours after the meal. Looks like others have had positive experiences, but ours was not.

One of our favs spots..such a disappointment tonight! Food not hot, bun actually cold, way too many onions, hardly any sauce...what is going on? Hubbys was same...and sorta warm fries...wasnt busy..no excuse for that meal.

Always a great place to come eat with the family. My son loves the free WiFi so he can play his tablet while the adults laugh and have a good time. Love the decor here in the food is spectacular for what it is.

Good burger but not enough salt and pepper. Most burger places in SWF stopped putting salt and pepper on the meat. Probably snowbird complaints. Makes for a bland burger. Once I put my own on, it was great.

The BAD burger is an OK burguer, the hashbrowns were too greasy and covered the meat flavour. And the IPA tasted like a hoppy Budlight. Ill drive the extra miles to go to Fosters neXT time.
