On Sunday, April 2 my husband and I stopped in to this Fort Myers location.The first thing we immediately notice is 2 employees one male, one female flirting and Im messing around with each other, and about six or seven other employees just standing around. While we werent really interested in a meal, we did notice that they were out of lettuce and mushrooms because of the signs posted on the cash registers, the clerk told us that was because a case of mushrooms was missing, but they have hotdogs. We decided on two Oreo mint custard specials at which time we were told they were out of that as well. So we decided on two small twist custards. While waiting for our order we watched all these employees with nothing to do walking around, getting drinks, chatting and having a grand old time. I actually was taking pictures and video because I couldnt believe what I was seeing. Thats all well and good if you dont have customers or no one is waiting for their food, but, from a business owners point of view its not ok, find something to do. There was a gentleman that was there before us and who knows how long he was waiting, all he asked for was a custard as well. We waited 20 minutes for two small custards before I finally went up to the register and asked where are our order is, and pretty much received the "deer in the headlights look" from the girl who said Im working on it. I received our custards one was bigger than the other and I asked her what is wrong with these cups and she kind of just looked at me. I was just trying to make a point that there was inconsistency with how they were served. She obviously couldnt grasp what I was saying. I took a custard and sat down. Now, back to the gentleman who was sitting waiting for his order before us, approximately 10 minutes after we received our custards, he finally walked over to the register to ask where his order was. My husband and I were dumbfounded when all he received was a small cup of custard. Were now A hour into this he shouldve been long gone. But nobody was paying attention to the customers, nobody was paying attention to the orders, and it was clear that no management/supervisor was present or cared. We more than likely we will not be going back there. A 6 months or a year from now it will be a miracle if youre still in business. I wish you success. Jo & Gary

I would never give a business a 1 star if not deserved. The first time we came was shortly after they opened. Upon ordering, the young lady went through a number of items that they were out of. This was around 7:30 PM on a Saturday night. It was difficult simply for the reason of not knowing what they actually had in the kitchen. We chalked it up to new place, theyll get it straightened out. Visit number 2 was three weeks ago....we came in excited for a burger since weve had a lot of experience with Burgerfi in Orlando and the first time was a fluke......nope. We were again greeted with what they do not have....biggie was lettuce. It must have been the same night as the other 1 star. I felt warm and fuzzy that the owner was going to address it and get his place straight. Tonight......we drive to Burgerfi at gulf coast town center a third time. Im parking my car as my three teenage boys are being told something upon entering. They were being told no tomatoes no something something and NO FRIES and NO BUNS. Are you kidding me....really. Are you going to serve me a burger with no BUN! NO FRIES! That is three 20 minute waste of a drive and time. This happened around 8 pm and they are open until 10PM with no food the last few hours. Here is an idea, close at 7 pm so you dont have to worry about running out of food. We missed our family movie because of this tonight hence a 1 star. Our orders are normally over $80

First off, food was excellent. The veggie burger was really nice and not too heavy or mealy. The bacon burger was really good and the bacon was really crispy, which was a nice change from most. But really the service we received tonight just turned us into regulars. After we ate, our familys van wouldnt start, so we had to go into the long ordeal to have it towed. As were stuck, the staff checks on is, brings water for the kids and even offers they kids custard. After the long ordeal, the van is towed and we take them up on the custard (which is really good, too) and what really blew is away was that Chris C., Autumn and Ebony are all taking time to talk to the kids, check on us, and make sure everyone is taken care of. My wife says theyre low on ketchup, and before she says anything, Chris is already bringing ketchup to the table. Just an incredibly cool staff and really good food. So, yeah, we will be back for sure.

Amazing burgers! Clearly theyve chosen high quality beef. So stoked about eating here when I get the chance. Love the consistency of the burger quality. Friendly counter staff. Love the onion rings although they were way tooooo salty. Please adjust the recipe. Consider changing your service style to bringing the food to the table for the guest instead of the guest coming to the counter or lower the price point since youre saving on the labor to do that. Also, Im sort of astonished at the lower reviews comparing this place to fast food. Its a "fast casual" restaurant that is making your burger to order. No par-cooking or pre-prepped meat. I gladly pay more for that

While pricey, they cook all food fresh and clean. Theres no reason to expect good food cheaply. Updated review: Yes. This place is pricey. But let me break this down. They check each and every food. Clean and wash every dish after use. If the food isnt satisfactory theyll make it over. Each meal is prepared and served with care. If you want food that is made and sent out without knowing if what youre eating is fresh and well prepared, then go to Burger King. This isnt a fast food restaurant. Its a gourmet restaurant. The custard is amazing the meat is well made and the fries are delicious.

Nice place and friendly customer service. Burger was good but nothing special about it to me, I got the CEO. the fries with the seasoning where ok just a lil too much seasoning and not crispy so i didnt even eat them all. The drink really only one size small no choice in size for $2.77 crazy. 4.54 for fries and $9.97 for the burger a total of $18.32 with tax for a burger and fires is a lil expensive. Yes i know grass fed cows for the best beef. Dont think ill be back just on price point alone and i like burgers. Heard people talking about it so i said ill give it a try. This was my experience.

What can I say but that we enjoyed the heck out of this place this weekend. My wife and I had the cheeseburger with the burger fi sauce and some extra fixins. Yummmm. I do recommend trying the urban fries as well. Craft beer selection was a little small but excellent choices. I had the Burger Fi Red and my wife had the Bury Me Brewery beer. Really good.It is a little on the pricey side only because everything is separate. The burgers dont come with fries or a drink unless you are ordering a kids meal. I would definitely recommend this spot to someone looking for a good burger though.
