My wife and I follow a local duo, strum n Honey, who asked us to come see them at the Public House. I am a major Bar Rescue junkie and was very excited to go. I have to admit that I was afraid that Scott had totally discarded the changes that Jon Taffer had made. However, I was elated to see that things are much like Bar Rescue had left them. I recognized Scott, and introduced myself. He was very cordial, even coming over to our table to chat for a while. I asked him if Billy, the cook, was still with him. Scott was happy to tell me that he was, then went in the kitchen to get Billy so he could introduce him to us. We had the Reuben Skins as an appetizer, then I had the Public House Cheeseburger. The food was wonderful and I tried several of the draft beers. Overall, the experience was wonderful.

We went on a Saturday around lunchtime, the bar was empty... just the two of us and one other table (maybe 1-2 at the bar). The server was friendly but forgot our drink order twice and had to ask what we had ordered. I got the Guinness burger for lunch and order it medium. When the food finally arrived my burger was rare. I sent it back after cutting it in half and eating only a bit or two and they brought it back out 5 min or so later... they had microwaved it with the cheese, lettuce, tomato, fries.. everything on the plate. Mushy, still underdone, didnt seem to care. The burger made me sick later probably because of the way they reheated it. Took way too long for the amount of people in the restaurant. Will not go back... will not recommend. Dont waste your time.

Its so unfortunate that the management at this restaurant is so terrible. The food and location are great, but no one here seems competent enough to run a restaurant. I have planned a work holiday party here three years in a row, and each year something has gone wrong. This year was the biggest issue, with the Public House failing to give us a receipt for over a month. We have called, texted, emailed and shown up in person multiple times, but still havent been able to get what we need. I will never, ever plan a party at this establishment again, and I encourage you to find somewhere else as well.

I am new to the area and The Public House has quickly become a "go-to" for food and drink. EVERYTHING I have ordered has been very good or super delicious & they have a pretty good beer selection. The 5 stars given is easy (even without the food) because the staff has been top-notch every time. Friendly and fun even on the busiest nights. Love the outdoor patio, the old light fixtures in the bar area, and the updated (& CLEAN!) bathrooms.

Wednesday, 6:00 pm Long wait, one server mediocre food at a premium price. Ober charges and couldnt make change for cash transaction. Flys in the window where I was eating. Red Bull High Top table needed to be cleaned. Had to share a menu. No condiments on table. However, tidy restrooms. Many alternatives for the same $$. Maybe Bar Rescue should do a follow-up visit. I wont.

My Father in Law and I stopped in for lunch one afternoon and couldnt have been more pleased. Our server was incredible! She was kind, attentive and very knowledgeable. The food was amazing! I loved the ambiance and it was very clean. Perfect place for dinner, drinks, or to hear a band on their beautiful patio. Highly recommend! Great job!

Very rude staff and barmaid. I will never spend another dime in this place. Hamburger i ordered was not cooked to my order went back 3 times before i could eat it. If this is how you treat patrons who pay for your salary and get treated like the way i was treated by your staff then im glad i will.never return again.

Ive come here for going on eight months to eat because its the only thing in the area worth the money! Ive recently started bringing my children to this restaurant as well, they love everything as much as I do!!! Especially the Red Ram pizza and Reuben skins. Staff are normally awesome right along with the food!

The Public House has some of the best sandwiches and pizza we have ever had! My personal favorite, "The Duke", is nothing short of amazing. Kind of like LaRosas Baked Royal on Steriods!! They also have a great selection of brews on tap and really good bands. Downstairs is a fantastic party room to rent out.

We always have a great experience at the public house very good food very good service and a bill that is never too much! We eat out almost every evening and look for places that have all of the above and certainly the public house is a place that we go to at least every week and a half or so!

First time in there last Friday (as the public house) friendly staff, great clientele, steel tip dart board and reasonable drink pricing I couldnt ask for a better place to go so close to home making my 2nd trip in tonight and I will definitely be giving the food a shot.

Came for lunch, no crowd, but the Guiness burger was delicious and the drink Natasha made me was great. Got to chat with the owner Scott for a bit, really nice guy and very personable. Will definitely come back next time Im in town.

Its a shame that Im writing this because I love the bah bah burger but poorly managed and understaffed. The two girls here on a Sunday are working their ass off but an hour and half for food that is wrong is bad business. Beware!

The atmosphere and food was excellent, however the entertainment was to loud taking away from the ability to have a conversation, the musician is quite good at his craft, just a bit to loud. We will return at another time.

It is 1 or 2 more servers away from having a better score. The food is good, the decor is lovely, and it manages to be quite cozy. They just seem to be understaffed some evenings so the service is not what it could be.

Burgers arent that good to fatty and no balance to make it work. Asked for garlic fries got mozzarella covered fries with garlic powder on top. It looked so gross.
