I would love to give 5 stars, but I just cant. Called in my order was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Showed up 25 minutes after I called, food was still not ready. Waited another 15 minutes before I got my food. The manager didnt seem to care about me having to wait. Only after me saying something to him a second time did he offer me a gift card, which I declined. The food is good, but I refuse to give anymore of my money to them.

Had a great time on a Friday from 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm. I sat at the bar & had great service & conversation while here. Have to admit though how surprised I was to see several of their employees drinking beer & smoking in the outdoor patio section while on duty including the manager. Unusual to see but no complaints on my end. Im cool with a laid back & chill atmosphere like it was tonight as long as the service & food are up to par.

Inconsistent experiences. Generally ok (but not good) service. Food is usually about the same as other BWWs, but sometimes wings come 1/2 sauced and other dishes are messily prepd or with less than fresh ingredients (wilted lettuce is a high hitter). For reference, I used to live in Northern Nevada and I would rate the BWW there between 4-4.5 stars.

The food is very good....wings typically have a lot of sauce on them and the draft beer is always cold, to the point that it has ice in it. It is a little pricey compared to some of the other wing places in town, but the food is better than the others. Good place to watch sports and hang out with friends and family.

Their phone etiquette is horrible, put on hold for 3 plus minutes to make a pickup order. Then while in the process of asking for a total cost, they abruptly hung up on me. This has to be the worst BDuBs Ive patronized across the country as a commercial driver. What hurts me the worst is this is my home state.

Service was pretty fast, but food took a while. They accidentally made my order too big, so I got some free wings. We were traveling through Ohio to get home to Michigan and being inside a BBW made us forget about the boring drive for a minute. I guess thats the upside to chain restaurants; -)

Meet my like any other BWW, but the noise level is usually less, so I feel I can actually hold conversations here. Plenty of parking, usually clean bathrooms. The bar area can get crowded and it makes it hard to get drinks, but they work with you if you are patient.

This is Tuesday Trivia Night. The atmosphere and and energy is amazing here. I had the popcorn shrimp and a burger with the Pulled Pork on top. The BBQ sauce was great! I enjoyed the food and loved being here! Id come back on Tuesdays. This is fun!

The food is great 9 out of 10 times. The service on the other hand is lacking in my opinion. My family always have to wait for refills which is inconvenient when you are eating spicy food. The servers need to be more engaged with the customers.

The steak usually makes me kind of sick by the time I get home, and the barbacoa comes in a bag. Judge the food for yourself though, despite these reservations most of the stuff tastes awesome and the staff are friendly.

The bar tender would rather talk about her trashy life than tend to the customers needs. If you arent a local good luck getting service. Horrible. Plus the wings had the consistency of beef jerky.

New location. Very nice.. Hard to get to because there is no entrance from the highway. Its located behind the big mall. Like a maze to get there. But overall , good food and great environment!

Sitting at bws now. Ordered my food for pickup. Got here they have no record of my order. Now I am waiting for food that should have been ready. Service here is constantly a dumpster fire.

Well es they have some good wings with great selections of sauces. I really enjoy their specials where you get their wings at a discount. My favorite is the mango habanero.
