I ordered carry out and asked for no MSG and brown rice with my meal, the man responded with a rude yeah, and then hung up. When my husband went to pay for the food the the man threw my husbands credit card at him instead of handing it to him after paying. I thought that maybe he was having a bad day so I decided to take a friend to lunch and dine in, BIG MISTAKE!!!!!! I arrived with my friend at around 2:30 and was asked if we wanted the buffet, I said no. The woman seemed as if she wanted us to eat the buffet. When I asked for brown rice I was told that they were not going to make it just for to people and to order the white rice. I would have left but we both had not eaten much for breakfast and were starving. The food was ready in a reasonable amount of time, however as we were eating the waitress started vacuuming? The waitress then asked if she could put our food in a carryout container as we were still eating? The waitress then brought our receipt and as we were still eating came back and said that we needed to pay now because they were closing? I apologized to my friend and told her that it had been a while since I had eaten there, and told her about the carryout experience. Both my friend and I now realize that my carryout incident was not just a bad day, but that that Johnny Chan 2 is just a bad restaurant.

Bought carry out on 5/16/10, 5:30 PM Eggplant and Chicken: Tasteless, soggy, uninspiring. Shrimp & Lobster Sauce: 10 Shrimp, Sauce was thin and salty. Tried to cut the saltiness with the white rice but we ran out of rice. Wound up pouring sauce on the eggplant, as to make it palatable. Drank tons of water the rest of the evening. Pork Lo Mein: OK but nothing compared to our regular Carry out, and about $2 more. Bottom line. Nice decor, nice carry out containers. overpriced, mediocre food. What would have cost us about $20 at our regular place in Blue Ash, was almost $29 here

Horrible service. First I called them to ask if they delivered and they told me no. I said Thank You and hung up. I then decided that I would just pick it up. So I called them again and they told me "you have called in multiple times" and he told me that he would not take my service. Then I told my mom what happened so she talked to them and they told her that they thought we were prank calling even though we repeatedly told them we wanted to order and that my mother was going to pick it up. I do not recommend this Restraunt to any one craving Chinese food. Service is terrible.

This Place is wonderful. At first glance the price is a little high but the portion size and food quality are top notch to match. I had the Curry Chicken lo mien, and my fiance had the orange chicken. the Veggies in my lo mien were cooked perfectly and tasted very fresh. our server was courteous and professional. would recommend to anyone.

Found a long black hair in my food! They said sorry & didnt charge for the Hunan Chicken but charged for the rest of the food. Lets face it when you find a hair in your food sort of ruins it for everyone. As we were leaving Management said it may have come from the manufacturer. Either way to gross!!! First & last time we eat there.

The worker was nice, but Ive eaten there about 5 times and twice Ive gotten food poisening. What made me decide to write a review was I was eating their sweet and sour chicken, but half a peice and noticed there was this goopy gray meat ? inside. Absolutely repulsive.

Basic, fill-you-up Chinese food. Under $10 for a lunch buffet is a decent price, and it scratches the "I feel like Chinese food" itch. Nothing special and I certainly would not do anything, but the buffet here. Service is great. My water is always full.

Our office is relatively close to Chan 2s and its one of our top "go to" places for lunch. The food is delicious, the buffet is refilled frequently, and the servers remember your name and your drink order after just a few visits.

Over priced, small portions. Portions are 1/2 the size of other Chinese restaurants. We ordered 3 shrimp egg rolls and received 3 tiny spring rolls. Taste was just ok. Not worth the overpriced cost. Go elsewhere.
