Pretty much the single worst chain pizza store I have ever dealt with. I dont get pizza often, and usually when I do its because Pizza Hut has some crazy new pizza that sounds really interesting, but this store makes it worth not trying it. Every single time I break down and forgive them for their past mistakes and order from them, I know I am either getting a call within 10 minutes to tell me that they do not have something in stock, its going to be a 90-120 minute wait, or when the order does get here part of it is missing. The last 6 times in a row that I have tried to order from here, I have had exactly one of those problems, and in total over they two years since I have moved to this area, maybe 10% of my orders from them have been correct or timely. The only reason I give them 1 star is because there is no way to give 0 stars. Today is the last time I will ever order from this store, and I highly suggest to anyone reading this that they refrain from ordering here as well.

WOW!!! Never have seen so many negative reviews...but they are all TRUE. Ive tried ordering from this place multiple times. Every time i am told delivery is over an hour. Ordered yesterday for the games. Guy taking the order acted like hes never hear "extra cheese" before. takes 7 mins. to actually place my order. Told EXTREMELY busy and delivery is 60 min. 1 hr 25 mins. later, Some thug life kid gets to the door...never says a word, like my bad, were busy...just tells me to sign, Leave no tip to the punk kid he looks down, ATTITUDE gets even worse. Turns around and walks off...little red head kid with BEDAZZLED JEAN SHORTS. Giving this place 1 star is because i have to. Maybe Pizza Hut Corp. will see all this and do a MASS FIRING !!!!!

Well its New Years Eve...heavy pizza night Im sure, but the pizza we got was crap! We ordered a large stuff crusted pizza with 5 toppings on it( ham, bacon, onions, banana peppers and pineapple) we only got 4; no pineapple in sight. To make it worst it appears that the pizza was cooked as a large cheese pizza and the toppings were put on after it was cooked! There was a bunch of fatty bacon on top...yuk. I was not going out to take it back so cooked it at home to make it edible. The bread sticks and Pepsi I ordered were good. But if your going to have a pizza business in a town with 5 other pizza choices you have to step up your game...want my $13 back!!!!!!

Store hasnt been the same since it opened. Delivery times are absurd. One time I called and the wait time for carry out was an hour and 45 minutes!! Ordered tonight because my family insists on the pan pizza and breadsticks. The pizza was burnt, no cheese on multiple slices of pizza and little to no sauce. Carelessly put together. Breadsticks burnt and a 1/4 cup of marinara for dipping. Stupid mistakes a chain shouldnt be pulling. Threw the food away and ordered dominoes. $23 wasted.

Believe the other reviews. Delivery times are absurd but that is the least of the problems. This is the worst pizza Hut you have ever tasted. Pizza is NEVER cooked all the way and the pan pizza is flat and doughy like a hand tossed. I have given them several chances over the last couple of years figuring they were so bad they would have to get it figured out. They havent and they seem to not care less. I will never order from this location again.

I have called them 4 times in 2 weeks on different days. There delivery time the first 3 times was 3 hours. The last time I called, today, a Saturday, and I was told they are not doing deliveries today? I would doubt the owner is aware of his employees lying to customers continually so they dont have to work unless the management at this Pizza Hut in Monroe is so bad they actually dont have delivery on a Saturday. Come on !

food is always awful, not right, and dont order a 2 liter cause the delivery guy wont bring it. forget calling the manager George, he will treat you rudely and badly, say he will send you food he doesnt send and then promise a refund he never plans to issue. bad food, bad service, bad experiences every time. the only thing this store has going for it is consistency, its consistently a let down! one star is too much.

Their delivery time is horrible! They tell you itll be forty minutes which turns into two hours! And when you call to ask where your order is, they keep tell you its out, it should be there within the next five minutes. And finally when they do finally deliver it your food isnt even warm anymore! We will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut Monroe!

I order the double alfredo chicken pasta first it came 20 min late and it was at noon on a Friday afternoon. Second, there was one super thin layer of pasta (like 20 noodles) with NO chicken like the description said. I paid 18 bucks with a 2 dollar tip and we all got a few noodles a piece. Very aggravated.

I dont think I have ever had service this bad. Tuesday night I order wings. They come not cooked inside upon calling and getting attitude from manager I get a credit. I order again Wednesday. Late order. Food cold. Missing items. Never again!
