BLUE ASH CHILI DOESN’T CARE .. IF U GET SICK FROM THEIR FOOD !! Dysentery / food poisoning – from their 3-way chili !! WHEN WE REPORTED that my wife became terribly ill after eating their 3-way chili… 1 hr after eating it she developed massive diarrhea.. was in the restroom for a full ½ hr, and again when we got home, .. and thus had to take medicine for that and the nausea..! And also had to stop on the way into work the next morning to get more medicine for it ! & ALL THEY SAID WAS : 1. “No one else reported feting sick” (Wendy) - .. So must not be a problem !! 2. “It takes 4 hrs. for dysentery to set in”-(Amanda) = ..So since u got sick in only 1 hr after eating our food, it must just be food poisoning !! Dysentery / food poisoning – can come from unsanitary dish-washing conditions - …which could explain why just her silverware/ plate may not have been safe/clean. … or it can come from spoiled ingredients in the chili. – [their 3-way chili]

Blue Ash Chili is about the only reason I miss working in Blue Ash. When I worked there, I wanted to eat there all the time. The food is fantastic, and the Greek couple that owns the restaurant are awesome. I know Camp Washington Chili is often considered the de facto best chili in Cincinnati, but I think Blue Ash Chili is an equal contender. Ive never been disappointed when visiting. If youre not big on Cincinnati-style chili, try one of their double-decker sandwiches. You cant go wrong, and theyre fantastic. The fries are killer as well. If youre looking for a good place to eat in the area, dont miss out on this place. Skip the chains and hit this local joint.

Depending on the time you go in, you can grab your own seat. The service is quick to acknowledge your presence and get you your drinks. Menus are given and are easy to read. I got their 3 way and a cheese coney, and let me tell you, its wonderful. Both of them are. I would say, if comparing them to Skyline, its a better option. The chili used isnt spicy. Its almost sweet, but with a natural chili flavor. I ate my 3 way in under 5 minutes. Couldnt help myself. The price is comparable to the competition. I highly recommend this restaurant/diner. Its fantastic for a reasonable price.

we tried three things... glt, 6 way and gyro. The glt is not gliers so it was pretty bad, the chili was luke warm at best and not good, the cheese was american, not cheddar like most cincy chili, fried jalepenos were old and cold, gyro sauce gross a d the sandwich was nuked, and poured scalding got grease all over my hand. It is VERY dirty and when asked how it was they did nothing but say sorry while they swiped our cc for 20 bucks. Just waiting for the effects of food poisoning now. If we could afford to we would have left after the first bites. GROSS

The best Cincinnati-style chili youre gonna get!!! The wait staff is awesome- if you go there on a regular basis they know your usual. Their desserts are made in house and served by the slice until they run out (and they will run out- especially the chocolate mousse cake- yum!) They serve imported beer and Kronos Gyros (also delicious) and the HUGE triple decker sandwiches that wont leave you broke. Everything is reasonably priced and delicious- you couldnt ask for a better place to eat!

While I love Cincy Chili, I am not a big fan of this place. The chili is much thicker than most of the other parlors in the area. I usually go for one of the double deckers instead which have a good amount of meat. They even have some more unusual sandwiches like the PBLT where the P stands for peanut butter. The one thing I always get though is an order of jalapeno caps which, if you like the 5-way, they will put them on your chili for their 6-way.

Ive been here several times and every time the food and customer service was spot on great. The delicious burgers and smooth tasting chili makes you order seconds. Not to mention they have rice crispy treats for desert which taste like my grandmothers. If you want to take your family out for nice enjoyable dinner blue ash chili should be among your list of great restaurants.

What outstanding service. Lived here for 30 years and didnt know about this home town gem! Thank you Triple D. After seeing the show last night we stoped in today. I had a 6way and wish I had room for 2 of them. Wow! Fried jalapenos!! Yum!! If you havent tried this chilli place you should! Way better than the major chains!!!

Very marginal; the hot dogs werent grilled and were barely cooked in my chili; also, growing up in the west coast, I dont get the Cincinnati type chili, watery and it doesnt have enough of meat stock to it. The seasoned french fries were again very marginal; the staff was friendly which pushed the review up to a marginal

their three way was proportioned all wrong. Maybe people who think this is the best Cincinnati chili grew up eating it. But to me it felt just wrong. Also I know dinners drive ins and dives came but theyre kinda beating that dead horse. As a chili place? Nah. The other food was good. Clean and staff was friendly.

Great food and amazing staff! Had a great experience there with 3 kids (ages 6-11). The food was good and the staff was great with the kids. Was there during the week at lunch time and had no issues. It did fill in fast and the tables are small to fit them in the small size of the restaurant. Id definitely go back

Blue Ash chili is one of a kind chili parlor. They have always served double Decker sandwiches. Always busy and friendly..In forty years I have had only one complaint parking!!!Which of course could not be blamed on restaurant. WHEN THE FOOD IS GOOD PARKING WAS JUST A Hiccup INTHE GRAND SCHEME OF GOOD FOOD!!

Lived around here for 23 years and never stopped in to try this place. What was I waiting so long for? I got the special Cuban and it was so juicy and smokey. Enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. I think Ill come back to try the chili since thats what i came for but got distracted with the Cuban.

I have waited a couple of years to come here after I saw it on Diners, Drives-ins and Dives. Not too impressed...Soda was flat, 6-way was room temperature and the bun on the chili cheese coney was stale. It had great flavor but not what I expected after the rave review by Guy Fieri...

This classic American diner is home to not just great Cincinnati chili, but to glorious huge-portion sandwiches and classic breakfast staples of your favorite 50s-60s diners. It is a Cincinnati gem, and well worth your visit!

Love it. The Chili is different than the Cincinnati big two. Not different bad. Just different. I happen to like it a lot. Tastes more home made. The other menu choices are fantastic. Great variety, atmosphere, and staff

Great Food - Great Service If you havent been, you are missing out on one of the best meals in the Cincinnati area. You wont regret the visit... Ive been to the Blue Ash and Tri-County locations, and can vouch for both!
