This business is very Unprofessional , racist against blacks and only want your money. I placed an order and was told that the order would be ready in 25 minutes got to the location in 20 minutes and the cook hadnt even started on the order. The lady working the front desk is very unprofessional and rude and likes to argue back with the customer saying that she is smarter because she owns a raggedy hole in the wall business. The entree doors are filthy like they have never been cleaned and the location has roaches. I WOULDNT advise anyone to go to this location or business. I like satisfaction for my money any this business will never get it. If you want better quality food with better quality service visit Benihana or Fugi House the real Japanese steak houses not some whole in the wall restaurant. I wouldnt even give them one star more like a negative 10

Absolutely disgusting. The food tastes like the plastic containers it is clearly stored in back in the kitchen. We would have sent our food back, but it was late and we didnt just have the energy after driving all over Delhi looking for a place to eat that wasnt a god damn Skyline Chilli. We love going out to eat, even at dives and greasy spoons, but this was hands down the worst restaurant we have visited in Cincinnati. Its now become an inside joke every time we drive by. Were amazed and morbidly impressed that they manage to stay in business with such a bad product. D-, but only because we didnt find bugs in our food. Should be an F.

Awful! When we made or reservation, we couldnt get in at 5:30, not until 7:30. When we got there to find out they had ONE COOK! He was just finishing off one table, started another table of 8 before ours. Not to mention, the place is filthy, service was horrendous even a aside from the cook...70 min. Before we even got soup! The show was fun for the 3 kids, but a 2:30 dinner ridiculous! Drink selection lacks variety, totally awful experience!

It was entertaining. Thats for sure the kids liked it however the chicken I picked was suppose to have lemon added too. The zucchini was awesome and the rice was great but the chicken fell flat (pretty bad) my chicken was sooooo dry and chewy and the mushrooms was burned and crispy. Very friendly service...the food doesnt match the service or the price. Ill probably try another location before I attempt this again. No time soon tho.

Original Review: Food and service was excellent. Ive been there multiple times, the food has been great every time. I originally gave this place a 5 star review, however; I went back recently and it has gone down hill. The quality of the food was not what it used to be, I hope they get back to the quality I am used to.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ! Low quilty food. Dined in for lunch had to bring them my sprite because of the pepper looking floaties in it. Took VERY long to recieve food. Oh and had been charged and extra five dollars because we ate in. WONT BE BACK ! POOR SERVICE !!!

Lunch here was average price for this kind of food. Service could have been a little more attentive but the food tasted great! Building was freezing cold when they had the kitchen exhaust fan on so bring a jacket.
