I would give zero stars if I could. Went to this location because it was closer than Dothan(even though Dothan has better reviews) but that was a mistake. The place was not busy, we were the only ones in the restaurant. Our waitress was slow, very inattentive, and an awful server all together. I sat for hibachi and my husband ordered sushi for his meal. There was a large party that came in after we ordered and the first chef to come out went to them first. While we sat our waitress brought out my husbands sushi and still no sight of our chef. 20 mins later after my husband was nearly done eating our chef came out and started to cook our meal. The chef did not put a show on he simply cooked my food.. Yeah I get it was just two ppl sitting there but we paid for a hibachi experience.. not a lemon toss. Literally.. It was a waste of time and money. I have never felt so passionate to write a bad review but the experience was a night ruiner.

(18 March 17) We order our sushi at 7:35. We were told it would be 20-25 minutes. 40 minutes later, I asked the hostess and she said the chef was boxing our food up. 15 minutes later, I asked again about our food. She walked back to the chef and it was clear he hadnt even started the order yet!!! That wasnt the worst part. After she lied to my face, there was no apology for the lack of service and our extra long wait of 55 minutes. I will never go back there again!

Listen I love Mikatas but could you change your hours on google?! I was looking forward to eating there today, we drove in the rain only to find the restaurant is open only for dinner.

They arent actually open from 11am to 9:30 pm. They are open from 11 am to 2 pm and then from 5 pm to 9:30 pm. Important to know if you are starving at 4:30 pm. They wont open up.
