Last few times I was there it took 30 minutes in line to check out. The very last time I was there the cashier(Tiffany) gave the person in line in front of me a sign to put on his cart that the check out was closing after him. Of course I had been in that line for 20 minutes. Thats bad enough but then the cashier went to talk with her friends in the line I moved to. She had closed the line so that she could chat with her friends before they left. She of course slowed the line to a crawl. The cashiers are very poorly trained and are seemly unsupervised. Its become much less frustrating to drive another 15 minutes to a market in Mayfield Village.

I go to this store everyday and love the people that work here. The store gets busy and so people complain about wait times. The store is searching for enough workers to work the front but when you rely on kids who go to school/college you can only keep so many. All in all their deals can make shopping fun if you have time to look out for them. Not to mention it keeps your meals a little random which I like in my life. Dont be snooty and you will find this establishment pleasant.

This is the only grocery store in Chesterland, so expect to pay 10 - 20% more than you would pay in Chardon or Mentor. The selection is poor, there is no salad bar, and there are no self-serve check-outs or even express lanes. The cashiers seem harried. I would try to avoid this place if at all possible, I have a bad experience every time I visit.

Best Giant Eagle in the country! Everything is clean, organized and the staff is amazing. The cashiers are the best and the customer service desk is just wonderful! The Bakery does incredible cakes and pastry and they treat customers like family. The Deli and Meat department are the same, just wonderful. I love Chesterland Giant Eagle.

Store practically empty as always. Had three kids with me and checked out in the express and was told next time I need to go to another register because I had 20 items. Really?? No line behind me. Next time I will check out at another store so you can stand there and do nothing Lindsey. Thanks for the awesome customer service.

I have not been a fan of Giant Eagle, but this one is the exception. I can easily find what I need. Prices are generally competitive and the cashiers are always friendly. Im in this store 3-4 times a week for various items and can usually get in and out pretty quickly.

This store is really good if you like brown meat and wrinkled up produce with rotten spots on it. And if you have nothing better to do than stand in the checkout lines for hours...this is the place to go!
