Visiting from out of town. Jean our Server was great! Had the Mediterranean it was great.....the grits were a little under cook. When I got ready to pay I showed my cellular coupon to Kelly. She flipped out, yelled at me and whipped out her emails that said my coupon was fraudulent. She didnt even try to validate the site where I got the coupon from. She confirmed she was the District Mngr but said her company doesnt give out business cards. She was rude, unprofessional and made me edit my original post from 4 star to 1.

Every time we come to disney world, we head here for our food. Sometimes the service can be a bit routine but maybe once out of every ten visits. Breakfast is amazing value and sees us through the day. Bakery is superb and we generally have an evening meal here once or twice too. For the same price as three hotdogs at our resort, we get a cracking meal for three at Perkins. Well worth the short journey offsite, and with the shortcut back to disney via sherberth road, ideal for us UK peeps happier doing right turns only!

Ordered to go. It was amazing! We did the build your own sampler and the food was delicious! Nothing disappointed me except we couldnt finish it all because it was so filling. The chicken tenders were nice and juicy not hard or too crunchy and not even dry. The mozzarella sticks with the maranara sauce was great, the fried pickles delicious, and the onion rings were nice and crunchy. The only dislike is I tried calling three times and no answer but when I walked in it was not busy and there was staff around.

Outstanding service and help from Beth Stonewall and Jr Maynard . Came in to order food and they quickly help me with my to go order and explain there menu options for chicken and beef. There are absolutely amazing and made me feel very welcome. They where great with all of there customers and ask the custoner how they service was for dinner and their answers where excellent. Ms Beth quickly greets customers and take payments as well. I am most impressed

I used to love Perkins. Perhaps this one is just a bad one... and so bad. I dont normally write bad reviews but hoping to spare someone else from an awful experience. The food was so very horrible. Weird colored eggs, the most awful tasting pancakes...just everything was disgusting. My husband and I feel gross...and the service... all kinds of awful. We should have just paid and left without eating but we were so hungry. Honestly, go somewhere else.

Came here late in the night after a fun packed day at Disney. Wanted something different to the fastfood. Seated immediately, and served by Tony who was ace, great banter. Good menu, and I went for the turkey dinner with potato and veggies. It was lovely, and just what I needed after a week of burgers and fries. Great prices, and nice cosy setting. Highly recommend this place - oh and usually has a lovely selection of desserts.

Havent had Perkins since I was a kid! There are none where I currently live in CA so this was a bit of nostalgia. The atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing. The music was even nice. The food was as amazing as I remember, hot and fresh. Our server Nicole was so sweet!! She was fast, attentive and very helpful. If I lived here, I would literally pay her rent from eating here so much!! Thank you!!!

Water glasses had floaties, which the manager ignored. Waitress was busy preping other tables rather than helping us. Went to buy deserts at the counter. After three minutes with no one showing up we left. Final note, the guy sitting by the door who you think can help you. Well, all he is there for is to push timeshares. Cheers Dan

Great Restaurant and Service every time ! We always return to this exact same Perkins two or three times during every trip to Florida. This particular restaurant is a favourite for the wife as the staff are always polite and youre seated and served promptly every time. Our choice of food has always been served within an acceptable wait time.

Had a great experience here today. Jackie was our server and she was awesome, as well as the manager. Would definitely recommend this place to others. Especially, since we had such a horrible experience at the Perkins in Davenport. I would highly recommend you stay far away from the Perkins and Davenport. Food was also great here!

The value for the food is great! Three of us had the "Perfect Duo" for $6.99 each. We each had chicken sandwich w/ck noodle soup, tuna melt w/ck noodle soup, and beef stew sandwich w/Greek salad. All taste great and the portion is good. Kids meals are great deals, too! Friendly service!

As soon we walk in the hostess was so rude not even welcoming us and she wasnt in the front just coming from the back, Never ever will come back. I was going so happy do to first time in this town but this experience really turned things about this restaurant!!! Dont go there!!!

We just got home from eating here. The food was great, and our waiter J.R. was fantastic. He was attentive, very personable, and great with our kids. We were not expecting this quality of food or service when we came here. We could not have been more pleasantly surprised.

We went there one day and the experience was okay. We even chose Perkins over IHOP. The next day no one was there to greet us. Seems many employees where out on break in the back. We waited for someone to greet and us. No one did so we left for IHOP down the street.

Went in with a group of 10. Was Seated and then told that they were out of HALF OF THEIR MENU!!!! NO FRIES, NO BURGERS, NO TURKEY, NO CHICKEN...etc...... DO NOT EAT HERE!! I HAD TO EXPLAIN TO MY YOUNG CHILDREN that they NOW had to go to somewhere else at 9pm ay night!

I ordered an omelet and the veggies were undercooked. The side of potatoes were horrible-tasted like precooked frozen potatoes that were refried making the outside really crunchy and the inside non existent. Nothing special about this place.

Did not know Perkins existed as we debated to try this place out or go to one of those other famous chains nearby. The staff here is great and the food is delicious. You get more food then you think and it is well worth the price.

Menu was similar to Ihop. Food was okay! My wife thought her sausage was under cooked. Our waitress Sharron was a bit cold not friendly at all. We felt uncomfortable and ignored. Maybe she was over worked or something.

Food is good but i get ny food to go because its faster than waiting for a server to come take your order and thay never come back to check on you. Never again will i eat there always do a oick up trust me its faster.

The food was great they had fast and friendly service we came back a second time because it was that good and we liked that you get a muffin with your breakfast we took it too go and ate it for lunch.
