This panera is always a wreck. I repeatedly get awful service. More than once Ive had cheese wrapper left on the sandwhich. The staff is rude and never helpful when youre asking a question. Not too long ago, I came in and waited ten minutes for service not becuase they were busy, but becuase no one was behind the counter. Yes I understand that maybe your busy doing something in the back, but why can no one greet me and let me know that Im not being ignored? Once the cashier actually rang me up I ordered a strawberry poppyseed salad and asked for no bread or side. The cashier then proceeds to tell me my total, rings me up, and as he is handing me my receipt replies with "Wow you just paid 9 dollars for a salad, thats ridiculous" THE CASHIER SAID THIS TO ME. Im continually confused by your customer service Panera. Today I decided to take my chances with your service becuase I really wanted a smoothie and its a short walk from my place of employment. OF COURSE I waited ten minutes for a smoothie while I was the only customer being serviced. The cashier was too busy moving bagels around and cleaning the clean counter to make my smoothie so I could get on with my day. Did any of the other employees standing around ask what I was waiting for? Nope. Of course not. Am I surprised? Not at all. Its exactly what I would expect from you at this point: I disservice myself by trying to give you my business.

I spent $15 on a bread bowl of soup, half of a sandwich and a drink. The intention was simple: enjoy the quiet atmosphere while reading some research papers for a university class. I was utterly disgusted by the cooks literally screaming at each other across the shop as they tried to carry on juvenile conversation while "working". They then tried to get in their closing cleaning 45 minutes before the posted closing time. This consisted of loudly throwing kitchen utensils into the stainless steel sinks and *slamming* every heavy object they had on hand. Because, you know, slamming things more loudly indicates "harder working". I tried to justify the outrageous price for the food with the cozy atmosphere and relaxed setting. The seats were visibly stained, tables were dirty, and employees were, for lack of a better word, assholes. Next time Ill make a nice sandwich at home for a fraction of the cost and light a candle for atmosphere. This place is just a joke. Waste neither your time nor your sanity.

Tried to get a simple bagel with a slice of meat and cheese. I realized it was off-menu but knew they had these items. The young trainee type that was taking the order was a bit flustered but I trusted that the manager behind him could help. She instructed him to charge me the price for one of their premium sandwiches then add on the meat anc cheese extra. Apparently I ordered a turkey that was "premium". He gave me the receipt and sheepishly said he tried to help but she was the manager. I was expencing it and said "no worries." Then after getting the bagel I realized they charged me $8.98 for a bagel with a slice of cheese and what I thought was a slice of meat. I asked again for the manager on the way out and said, "are you really charging me $9 for a bagel with a slice of meat and cheese" in a perfectly kind tone. She said "that is what your ordered" and had nothing else to say. And it was. Lousy bagel as they forgot the mayonnaise I asked the trainee for and added onions? 1/20/16 at ~ 11:00 AM.

A manager was not allowing me to talk to the workers. I was just trying to improve the experience of employees in the workplace by informing them on world issues, such as the vehicular attack on protestors of a white nationalist meeting in Charlottesville, Virginia, when a manager (named "Zach", I believe) told me I was a nuisance, and I had to take a seat. As I sorrowfully paced back to my seat, I felt my heart begin to burst, because before this incident, I thought this "Zach" character was a very chic, down-to-earth, cute, personable guy. I dont want to be a tattle tail, I just want my Panera experience to be joyous and full. Dont punish this individual, for he still holds a very special place in my heart. I have had countless indubitably great experiences with him, this one occasion just shook me. I had to say something.

I came up to buy Sunday brunch to go, for our family. The employee at the register was friendly but forgot to bag a few of our purchased items. We realized this after we arrived home for brunch. I called & spoke to the manger, "Elaine" who was rude & eluded that since the items were there I must have forgotten them. I told her this was not the case because the employee had bagged everything nicely in a large bag as it was a rather large order & repeated our order back to us. The manager then stated that I could come back at another time to get these items for free. Obviously, since I paid for them already, I told her they are not free. She agreed and said thats all she can do. Suffice it to say Ill spend my money elsewhere.

Normally come here for my lunch break at work. Its close and convenient. I order my food online when I leave work, so that its ready when I arrive (its a 15 minute drive). On many separate occasions, my order was not ready on time. Not only was it not on time, but it took them an extra 45 minutes to make one sandwich. (Total time of an hour). I would understand if it were busy, but I was the only customer in the building at the time.. All of the employees were just standing around talking, and the only reason I got my food when I did was because I went over and asked the man how much longer until my sandwich was ready.

This location is an absolute disaster. My office routinely has issues with this place. More often than not our order is incorrect. A one-time thing, I can overlook. But if I didnt know better Id think it was their policy to goof up orders. Especially on call-in orders. Check your food extremely carefully before leaving. Unfortunately it is one of the few lunch options in the area, so this location thrives by virtue of having a captive market. If any Panera district manager (or whatever) is reading this, please take a close look at this locations performance. They need help.

People working were loud and all I heard was about one guys vacation and the girl he was talking to was pissed as she continued to tell him. Bad service this time. Employees kept yelling back and forth. Mad coffee 7:45 am and had not made anymore. At 11:15 am they were out if the one coffee and told to wait 5 minutes. All the employees at the front were just talking away. Not a nice lunch with my dad.

Wifi is down and they just ran out of every flavor of coffee except decaf. This is 7:15 am. Dont you think that people might be drinking a lot of coffee at this time? Wouldnt you assign someone to keep track of that? Wouldnt you make sure that your staff can reset the wifi? And from the other reviews that I see this is the way they always operate. Extremely disappointed and not returning again.
