The nice thing about this Publix is they always maintain their store clean and provide good service with a smile. Although being presentable wont make you the best Super Market in town. Publix has a good selection of food to offer but not enough compare to others super market. Theyre very organize but whenever I need to find something quick and asked one of the (uneducated harmony kids) employees, they seem to have no idea where that item is. I enjoy getting my sub from Publix, but theres this blonde nerdy glasses dude (your lucky I forgot your name) that gave me my sandwich with an attitude. Hating the world and talking to customers like their the dumb one. Their fruits/vegetables are really small and rotten, did I say they were small? Other than that Publix is one of the most convenient stores to shop in St.Cloud.

The worst Publix Ive ever been.My work is right next to it,so thats the only reason why Im going there.Im always taking a small cup of soup at least few times a week during like 6 months and therere ALWAYS some items missing at the soup island,either the lids,or the cups,or the spoons.The food at the deli is not always fresh.Mack and cheese always look awful,sometimes they keep potato wedges from yesterday,so they taste like crap.Always employees missing at the deli place,so you have to wait pretty long time to get your food.Managers are always walking around and just dont care.Come on!!!Do something, guys!!!It cannot stay that bad (((((((((

Have had great experiences here with the exception of my dealings with Rose. Had a few bad experiences but one this morning. Found $20 cash on the ground in front of the ATM and turned it in to Rose. She said "thanks I will keep it here at Customer Service." I left and it didnt feel right. I called back and spoke with Rose. I asked what the standard operating procedure was and she said "oh yeah I probably shouldve took down your name and number." I asked her what if it goes unclaimed. She said they wait 60-90 days and if it goes unclaimed they will call. Its a range?? Shouldnt it be a firm number? Just a shady person IMO.

there is a lot of good people working here all of the cashier are great, the deli workers are very professional and courteos but there are 2 workers that are extremly rude, and they seem like they hate their job,one of then is ROSE and the other one is LESLIE, which make me think twice to step in this publix, this womans are always in customer service place but they dont have a clue what is a great customer experience , they never smile, which its very hard for me to understand why they are working in this amazing place.......just no manners,very poor customer service,everytime i go its the same bad expiernece

Es muy agradable comprar ahí, los empleados son muy amables, si busco algún producto dejan de hacer su trabajo y me acompañan hasta donde está lo que necesito. El servicio de los cajeros es muy eficiente y sin largas filas y demoras. Se cumple lo que dice su slogan: comprar en Publix es un placer. Gracias.
