I like Publix but some of the stores need a refreshment course on customer service, in the Courtland blvd. Store in deltona we have some of the management team with poor customer service skills, also Publix needs to improve their website, you go on the website and they have no pharmacy information, you cant see the pharmacy hours or anything about pharmacy....

I hate Super Markets, going to them, and then shopping...however this Publix is an exception. You wont find a better shopping market. Publix has out done themselves with this store. Wide variety of foods, friendly and helpful people and prices are reasonable. If you looking for a great super market look no further...

Quality in merchandise..attitude of employees... and they usually have something new thats interesting to me. Im a label reader ... I want to have only the right ingredients like pasture-raised beef and none of the wrong ones like high fructose corn syrup. Publix always has items in stock that I can approve of and enjoy

Stores nice, a few more healthy options than in their other stores. 3 stars is for their deli workers who suddenly cannot read lists of what to put on a sub, theyve given wrong subs the last 3 times Ive ordered online, they had such great workers in there for so long idk what happened.

Resonably Priced Products, Clean Store & Floor, Smiling & Friendly Staff. My only complaint would be that products are moved frequently. Once Ive finally gotten used to the product layout they change the locations of things & force me to spend more time searching.

Big, bright, and clean. Never noisy or aisles cluttered with freestanding displays to bump in to. For a while there I was worried when they got those registers that beeped like at Wal-M, but they soon silenced them. Truly a pleasure to shop here.

I have several publix stores near my home. 1 is even CLOSER to my home but this is by far MY FAVORITE! STAFF IS ALWAYS SMILING & HAPPY TO HELP! Store is ALWAYS CLEAN & the place is set up for easy shopping!

Terrible customer service today by my checker. Did nothing but carry on a personal conversation with the bagger. Treated me as if I were an inconvenience. Shopping there today was NOT a pleasure!
