The food was good and the cashier was nice. But on my way out there was water all over the floor. I told the food runner (Bald, tall, Anglo,male) that the floor was wet. He said yeah we know about it and well clean it up. I said okay I just didnt want anyone to slip. On my way out I overheard him tell the kitchen staff "like we already know its there, its obvious there was water on the floor and why did she feel the need to say something." He was quite arrogant. Perhaps I shouldnt have said anything at all and one of the many elderly people there could slip and Panera would be ok with that. Disappointed!!!

I dont get many opportunities to visit this restaurant but when I do I am one happy customer. The food is fresh and tastes oh so good. I love their half sandwich and soup combos. They have excellent baked goods and delicious homemade bread. Ordering can be a little confusing if your not used to their system but the staff is friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is pleasant and they even have an outdoor eating area.

The food is always good. The food is always done very quickly. The only trouble I have ever had are usually about the staff. Ive been going since it opened. Employees circulate over the years, but it just seems that the people who are hired every time are less than welcoming. I dont speak for everyone there, its just happened more than one occasion.

Ive been there when the lines been out the door and they still manage to keep the line moving. Fresh food thats made in a timely manner, friendly service, a wiiiiiide variety of choices. My only dislike is the fact that they serve Pepsi, but thats a personal preference and doesnt affect my rating.

I went in yesterday. I wanted a steak sandwich.The girl said we have a panneni.Do you want a half or a whole sandwich. I told her a whole.When my order came it looked like a half with chips and a drink.That sandwich was $9,00. It was terrible.what a ripoff. Never again

Great food, service and value!. You can not beat the value on a dozen(13) Bagels for meetings! Includes cream cheese, utensils and napkins. Great Deal!
