I sent their Corp office an email and the first 2 times what I had written fell somewhere into cyber space. I bought 2 chicken green goddess salads. Paid for mine with cash and my sons with his credit card. Got them home, there was no chicken. Called the restaurant on Main Street in Centerville Ohio the guy said hed make it right the next time I came in. I called tonight, mgr told me to come in and pick up salads... When would I be there and I told her 15 minutes. I got there. She demanded a receipt and refused to give me the salads., said it would take a day to look up my order. I went out to my car, called corporate number, he called the restaurant and they told him it would take awhile to look up. My son was home waiting for dinner, I did not want to sit and wait in my hot car, so I told him I would never go back there again. It was some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. The night they made the error, there were a bunch of new people who had no idea what was going on, so they got my order wrong then did not want to remedy it. I will never return to that location. I guess they prefer a bad review over just getting my order right and taking care of a good customer.

I really love this place, it has great ambiance and a small town charm about it with its location. The only bad thing is also its location. It kind of hidden back behind things and the parking is problematic at times it is a bear trying to get out of the parking lot due to the massive traffic of the main intersection of Centerville but if you live in the area its a great place to walk to.

Dirty tables, drink stations were sticky, and there were stickers plastered all over the wall of the one clean boot we did sit in. Prices seem to have gone up (again), and they were also out of several different produce items. On a side note, I also find the metal cover over the trash can buy the pepsi machine really tacky.

Staff was not very friendly. Bagel was burning in the toaster and nobody would stop to fix it. We tried telling 3 different people, and nobody stopped to fix it while smoke was pouring out of the toaster. This location constantly under performs compared to other Paneras. We drove to another Panera and ate there.

Generally a great place to eat, however they often advertise soups they dont have. The past 3 times Ive gone here, Ive ordered clam chowder. When I go to pick up my soup, they always inform me they dont have it. If they would only advertise soups they actually have, I would know to get something else.

Consistently great caramel lattes. If you want the best latte in town, however, go to PRESS in downtown Dayton. Theyve ruined me forever. No more Starbucks for me! The caramel latte from Panera is the next best thing to a PRESS latte.

While i love panera in general... this location gets only 4 out of 5 stars... the last 3 times Ive placed rapid order pick ups my order was ready over 10+ minutes after my requested pick-up time.

I go here pretty regularly for coffee and snack items which are always delicious, but Im not a big fan of the sandwiches (at any Panera location). Just havent found one I like.

Great place to have a calm meal. This part of town tends to have a lot of kids hanging around it some days, which is kind of strange, but the food is wonderful.
