My visit was 11-10-14, I had a trainee for a waitress and she was nice how ever the cook must be new also, I ordered a french dip with fries mind you this meal was $10 and some change. When i received my meal I paid for 2 very small slices of a new york strip steak on a cold bun not slightly grilled. I also received and mini bag of french fries that were cold, not understanding what the bag was for other than a waist of money and to make the plate look as though it was full. My husband ordered the reg jack daniels burger no lettuce, the burger and fries were also cold and very dry. My bill with drinks was $50+ To end this story I just have to say that I had to take a shower and get dressed up for my husband so we could have a night out together for cold awful food and a rather large check. This place has no health code. Looks pretty on the outside, until you hear whats going on in the kitchen. When I was in there last, Im sure they had a sick guy making food. Not just a little sick either. Like enough to not be making other people food. Management morals needs major tweaking. It was bad enough to wait an hour and a half, though understandable, just to become disgusted with the place by the time I left. I have been left wondering if they forced that poor guy in the back to come in. I would have rather waited an additional half hour and have had clean food. Waitress was nice though, but I feel bad for her. Wont ever recommend this restaurant

I hate to give bad reviews, but this restaurant did not meet my expectations. Me and my wife went to dine here on a Wednesday evening. Our waiter was nice, but overall the staff definitely needs more customer service training. This is the 2nd time Ive been inside this restaurant, and both times Ive found it with very filthy floors and stale odor. My food had to be sent back to the kitchen because the chicken was not fully cooked and the rest of the food was barely warm. To be fair, the food tasted good. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place.

Ive never seen it take drinks an hour to arrive to a table on a MONDAY evening, so dead. We had a group of twelve. Our server took our orders, and left for a good 30 mins, then another server came and said we need to start over and retake every drink and every food order. Another hour later, food and drinks arrived and three of our groups burgers were burnt, and it tasted like Wendys (which is OK, I guess). We got a BS apology. Our reservation was also lost, apparently. Were done with this chain.

TGI Fridays used to be one of the best chain restaurants, its now one of the worst. They went from having astounding burgers and appetizers to having mediocre ones, their only saving graces are that they have endless appetizers, their bartenders know how to make a good mixed drink, and the waitstaff usually knows their job. In recent months they have even stopped carrying basic staple condiments like red wine and malt vinegar for the fries and salads. I wont waste my money there again.

The staff are amazing and energetic. The food however is sub par. Landed potatoe skins consist of what looks like a half slice of cheese, undercooked chewy bacon pieces and thats it. Ordered the balsamic chicken pasta and it tastes like tomato juice watered down with a little marinara. Chicken was overly fatty and the pasta was undercooked and semi crunchy. Sorry guys. I think Ill stick to Applebees next time. Again though the staff were amazing. Just the food that sucks.

Ordered a to-go order, went to pick it up and waited 15 minutes for ketup and mustard, which Id asked for when I made the order. They said it was because they had a new GM and he didnt know where everything was yet. I understand, but it wasnt busy. And it was only for someone to get 2 clear plastic containers, the waitress put in the condiments. Never had any problems there before, thats why Im saying something.

Food was good except the French fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil and left under a heat warmer for 5 minutes or more. Service was good our server made a couple mistakes but made up for it in personality and recommended so e good choices was very helpful. Ross was our servers name did a great job overall pleasant to have as a server!

My food was good but I had to send back my sliders. They made them with the wrong cheese and added onions and sauce when I ordered it plain. The second time the sauce was still added but I just wiped it off. The quality of the food was great but the cooks werent listening to what I wanted. My server was awesome too.

Ok, so the day we came here, they had one cook and waiter walk out. R food showed up late due to being short staffed, but the waitress was EXTREMLY awesome and handled the situation VERY professionally!!! She made it more than right for us!!! The food was pretty good, too. I could c going back there again!!

The food was cold and gross. We sent back our meals that we did not eat because it was still frozen and they expected us to pay for the meals we did not eat. (I mean there was still ice on it!) This is the last time I ever drop $200 for a dinner party for a meal we could of went to McDonalds for?

The decor feels very cold. The restaurant felt much warmer and friendly before the remodel. The food tastes like it was reheated in a microwave. I remember going to Fridays and the menu had everything on it. Now its just full of things covered in their disgustingly sweet Jack Daniels sauce.

HORRIBLE service. The table next to us had gone through two parties before we were given our bill. We were there for 2 1/2 hours for a small meal. Food was burnt. Very expensive for what you get. Also very few things to choose from if you are vegetarian. Will never eat here again.

My favorite place! Cant beat the drink specials on Mondays, Weds and Thursdays. The app is thr best in terms of rewards and at the Canton location I always have great service and great food. The Jack Daniels Burger is amazing. And i highly recommend the double berry mojito shaker

The traditional buffalo sauce is one of the best Ive had, the thing that hurts them in this review is the Dressler Rd. location tends to not have the endless apps when it is advertised that theyre back. This location doesnt seem to share in the advertised specials most times.

Had steak and ribs. Always love the ribs but the filet was very tough and the fries were hard and dry. It tasted like there was a stock pile of food back there and nothing was prepared when ordered. A real shame because we normally like Fridays. Wont be back for a while.
