I would give this Ruby Tuesday zero stars if I could. We spent almost 2 hours in the restaurant mostly waiting for food. The manager and wait staff were telling the customers that the kitchen "is all messed up." When we finally got food it was horrible. My baked potato had sour cream when I asked for it to be left off and the entire potato was cold and grossly undercooked. The steak was inedible. It was like chewing rubber. The table next to me sent their food back and waited more than 30 minutes longer so I just took my steak home for my dog. My broccoli was so salty I think it was boiled in sea water. Lastly, our appetizer of cheesy fries was even terrible. The fries were overcooked and hard. I will never go back!

DO NOT go to this location at least. There was a 15 min wait which wasnt so bad but the majority of the tables were empty. Our kids macaroni and cheese came out luke warm to cold. Not HOT. It took the waitress 3 times of saying "Ill bring your soup next" before she actually brought it. My soup was cooled down. My HOT soup was not HOT at all. The apples for our kids had too much lemon on it. My kids normally loves apples but not these! Our adult entrees did not come out for another hour after our kids had theirs. The waitress never brought us silverware. Not worth the $50!!!

I sat at the bar since I was alone and on business. After almost 6 minutes of having employees walk past me - one of which was a manager- without saying a word or acknowledging me, I finally asked a young man behind the bar for a menu. The manager was behind the bar and held eye contact with me for several seconds, knowing that I hadnt been served, but she walked away and didnt speak. The customer beside me wished me luck as he left after paying. Thats what you will need if you come here. Very poor service.

Our wait was 45min and when our food came out it was cold. My girlfriend was so grossed out that she didnt even want her food. The manager was really nice and allowed us to take her meal off the bill and allowed us to use a $5 coupon. When a resturant is short staffed or slow it should be indicated before you are seated. I probably will not go back here in the future.

I had to stop coming to this RT location. Over the past year every time I went in the food was simply not good (cold, un-seasoned, wrong order, over cooked). I really loved this restaurant and their amazing salad bar--bar, but with the poor food the last several times I have eaten there, I now opt for anything else in the area.

Well-done burger was black almost a centimeter in, chicken strips were rubbery and had a strong oil aftertaste. Im not one to be critical, but this was kind of awful. On the plus side, the fries were excellent and the manager was very apologetic about the situation. A little room for improvement here...

Very good service and all the people were friendly. The food tasted good and the salad bar was fantastic! Worth every penny! Very clean tables and restrooms. Definitely go to this Rubys in Aurora/Bainbridge area. The negative reviews on here are from 2 years ago so it has clearly changed for the better!

Wish it was like Starbucks so if you dont like what you get you can get something else. Was not happy with the lobster Mac & cheese. So had more salad. Also, no biscuits. Whats up with that? They did give me 25% off. So that was good! So I was probably paying for what I had then.

I wish I could say something good about this place. Went there 4 times in a year and everytime. Slow as a slug service. Not friendly and outrageous prices. There is no reason a salad bar should cost $9.5. Will not go again. 4 times and no improvment.

This place is ok. It makes a better burger jointhe if anything. All the other dishes are over priced and with past experiences, they were terrible. The waiters and waitresses are always pleasant even if their food isnt.

Use to come here all the time and loved it; however the quality of food has taken a dramatic drop. The food was just terrible for the price. We sent the food back two separate times. Will not be returning.

Great grilled chicken avocado sandwich with fries. Fresh,tender and juicy. Staff outstanding. Friendly and courteous. Ate lunch in Aurora while shopping.
