I wish there was a 6 star rating. Allow me to start by saying, I almost didnt stop here. We were exploring the area, looking for a place to grab a quick bite when I saw the special was seared tuna. Ive had plenty of bar food and some places cook a decent ahi tuna steak, so I thought, "Why not?". My girlfriend and I are both pescetarians (vegetarians that eat seafood), so our options are usually quite limited. We decided to sit on the patio on this mildly chilly Friday night in mid October. They were experimenting with some new heating devices that encapsulated a 4 foot vortex of fire in glass cylinders. Very effective and added a great deal of awesome to the atmosphere. The waitress was friendly and the prices were very reasonable. I had a long island iced tea (the special on Friday) and my girlfriend ordered a hard cider. By the time our food came out we had the perfect buzz going. The presentation was great. This didnt look like your average, grease soaked, bar food... this is something you might see at a high end restaurant like Bone Fish, or The Columbus Fish Market. It featured a generous portion of tuna steak, drizzled in a spicy plum sauce with a medley of green and yellow beans and a side of garlic mashed potatoes. I first tried the potatoes and found them quite pleasant. What I expected, and seasoned just right. My next bite was the green beans; they were cooked perfectly. Not too soft, and not too al dente. So that just leaves the tuna. My fork cut into the seared tuna steak, and as I placed the bite into my mouth, I think my brain exploded. My initial reaction was that they had to be spiking the drinks with extacy or something. The way the sweet/spicy/smokey flavors danced in my mouth, cant be described in any human language. A meal so amazing, that you feel an overwhelming urge to lick every last flavorful molecule from the plate once youve finished the last bite. Its difficult to accept that you may have had the best meal of your life, and its all downhill from here. Its an experience that I will never forget, and I fully intend to call every Friday to see if theres a potential for a repeat of this divine meal. Truly... a diamond in the rough.

I do not live in the area but my grandma does. She has been here and likes it so we decided to go there for dinner tonight, which was my first time. The food was good and the service was good too. The only issue is that it is not wheelchair accessible at all, inside and out. My grandma is in one and there is no ramp to get onto the sidewalk to walk up to the door. Thank goodness there were some nice people walking out that helped me get her up onto the sidewalk. It was also tough getting into the restaurant as the inside door has a huge bump on the floor in the doorway. I would love to come back and try more of the food but not with her in here wheelchair as it is too hard to gain access. Otherwise, good place.

Have always had a great experience here. Went a couple weeks ago sat inside and the flies were crazy attacking. I get flies if outside but not when inside the restaurant. They kept landing on our food. Ordered the stuffed pepper appetizer, came out cold inside. OK we all have bad days. Went with a friend this week ordered the veggie wrap asked to hold the green pepper and said if its too hard (if veggies are already all together) waitress said no problem. Received wrap filled with green peppers and I bit into something strange, unwrapped it and it was a piece of meat, i think shaved turkey or something. Last visit. Too bad i liked it there.

i USED to really like this place. before they added the addition onto the building the food was pretty good and the prices were reasonable.i actually used to frequent this place almost weekly . for whatever reason the food has gone way downhill and the prices have gone much higher. the quality does not justify the price. larry the bartender is about the only bright spot. doogans of aurora has MUCH better food and better value. even panninis is better. no i dont work for either of those places im just a guy who goes out to eat alot and that is my opinion

My girlfriend was picking up dinner for me so I went online to read the menu and saw the Lucianna pizza (bbq chicken). It had good flavor but, looked nothing like the picture. It was so small I thought I got it off the childrens menu. There was next to no toppings. Very dissatisfied! Do not order the childrens pizza (flatbread)!!!

The woman bar tenders are sweet and i agree with the other comments about the place - not bad. BUT- They have a male bartender who is totally misplaced and miserable. Nasty attitude with short mans syndrome - lol. No more business for them from my company !!!!

Absolutely amazing food! You would think you were eating in a five diamond resort as to the quality of what they put on your plate. Prices are decent for what you get and the atmosphere is very unique. An all around great place that I will visit again!

My food was good.but wifes Burger was burnt. Sent it back, new one still burnt. Wife paid extra to substitute onion rings for fries. She only got 3 small rings. Waitress was slow and seemed uncaring. Dont recommend this place. We wont go back!

Good American food (try Reuben 43). They always have 4-5 different drafts. Service is good too. You can seat outside, but not if you want to watch TV - no sound provided. One of our favorite places.

Friday night I understand.... first visit but waiting over 45 minutes for our appetizers ... is very very disappointing. We go to fine dining and have never waited for 45 minutes for an appetizer.

One of my favorite non chain restaurants. Nice variety in the menu selection and plenty of booze options. They have great rotating specials as well! A decent amount of parking. Try their wings!

Great place, best chicken tortilla soup I have ever had. I live in Cleveland and look forward to stopping here any time I am on this side of town.

Rotten salads, flavorless "specials", and semi sour draft beer all combine to make this one of the least enjoyable restaurants in the area.

I really liked that the background music was quiet enough to be able to carry on a conversation. Good food and drinks. I will be back.

Cheap draft beer specials & decent bar food. The decor is interesting, with all kinds of old pictures & fire house memorabilia.

Very good food. Good prices. Pulled pork sandwich is my favorite. Perch dinner is enough for three.
