I had a fabtastic time at The Rusty Bucket in Solon. I ordered the House Salad, the Bucket Bites, and sticky rice. The House Salad was delightful. The ranch dressing was the perfect amount of thickness for drizzling, however the croutons needed to be tastier. The lettuce had a perfect crunch, but the mushrooms were not very tasty. The Bucket Bites were yum triple yum yum yum. I mean yum! However, the buns were a bit soggy. Also, the pickles were in a strange place. They came on top of the buns which made me very nervous. The sticky rice was the stickiest sticky rice I have ever had. I was surprised when I took the first bite and it didnt fall apart. Also, our server, Jason, was quite the character. He was friendly and cheerful. We got our food within ten minutes which was a niceness point for The Bucket. And he even let us pick where we wanted to sit! At the end of our meal, he even recommended the peach-mango sucker in the mini bucket at the front of the restaurant. One more important thing that I cannot forget is the bathroom! Both of the restrooms had TWO signs telling boys or girls which was a nervousness point for The Bucket. But the inside of the ladys restroom was surprisingly rustic. It had a very nice design, but I would like to point out that only one of the mirrors did not have a picture on it. This was upsetting for people like me who love looking at themselves 24/7. Also, the tattoos and minty toothpicks were a great addition to the lovely time we spent at The Bucket, but dinner mints were not included. All in all, the Rusty Bucket in Solon is a great place to stuff a rabbit in a jar of peanut butter!

Place used to be decent but service has gone downhill to the point of unbearable. The third time weve been there in 6 weeks and the service has continued to be slow. Staff is nice, but inattentive due to regularly being understaffed. Tonight, had a reservation for 13, arrived on time to a half empty restuarant...took 20 min to get a drink. Spoke to manager who apologized/said situation would be addressed. Took order and food didnt come out for over an hour. On top of that , forgot two of the orders. Manager never came over. When the bill came, they didnt credit / take off a dime. From a customer service / business standpoint, just a total whiff. Will never go back. Im actually just embarrassed for them more than actually upset.

The French fries were frozen, the mash potatoes seemed to be from a powder, the beans didnt seem to be cleaned, the carrots even seemed to be for pigs. Instead of gravy, the chef used Ketchup. The noodles were not fresh, and instead microwaved, there was too much oil in my Pesta dish. Although, the deep-fried pickles are amazing! Would never go here again.

This is always our go-to dinner date location because it never disappoints! Great food, prices and service. Make sure to sign up for their emails because you receive tips and discounts on the regular. Also, be sure to try the pizza - it has a crispy thin crust and the best sauce in CLE.

The food and decor was fine but the servers need training. Their demeanor and attitudes were terrible, like they were to good to be waiting on us and they did not really care about making it a nice experience. I would not go back until the restaurant retains or get better servers.

Very expensive for such mediocre food and serving sizes. Our 12oz. glasses of ice and water needed to be refilled way to many times and we had to wait too long each time it needed to be refilled. Food wasnt bad, but it didnt justify the price. Wont return.

The food was good but the service by one bartender was the most unprofessional person i have ever witness. Due to this bartender i will never return back there. I will gladly take my money and business somewhere else.

A nice little "brewpub" in an unassuming mall location. Great selection of local craft brews paired with a nice menu. Very tasty food with a wide variety of options. Cool selection of mixed drinks. Try their burgers!

The food was Great but our server wasnt very good. Never came back to see how our food was or see if we wanted another drink. Too bad Great non chain restaurants get screwed over by bad servers.

Nothing special, fresh or memorable here. Had the Bucket Bites. Dried out with overcooked cheese. How do you mess up a slider? Been a long time since I was here. Be a long time before Im back.

Best chicken sandwich any of my friends have ever had. We go here and everyone orders the same thing. Ive branched out every once in a while to something else and all the dishes were great.

I have never had a bad meal here. We drive from an hour away to come here because the food is amazing as well as the service. You cant go wrong with anything you order.
