Had a terrible experience at this location today. First of all, they ran out of baguettes to go with our soup. At 5pm! How does Panera Bread not have bread?! Not wanting to settle for an apple or chips, we asked if they had a different kind of bread to give us. After a lot of confused looks from the young employees, we settled on a slice of ciabatta. Five minutes after ordering I was told they were out of the type of soup I wanted. Two of us ordered mac and cheese and one order of mac and cheese looked dried up and old and the other was so watery it looked like soup. We took them back and asked for new mac and cheese. The guy took out a plastic bag of frozen mac and microwaved it!-- with the same dry result! We switched one order to a soup instead while I ate the gross dry mac. Never got an apology for any of the inconvience. The bathroom was dirty with paper towels all over the floor. By far the worst Panera experience ever!

I went to this Panera after work to order a bowl of soup and a full size Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. I drove home to eat dinner and the soup was fine. However, the salad was disgusting and was missing the chicken. Not one piece of chicken and very few apple chips. I was beyond pissed because I paid $8.69 for lettuce, tomato and red onions. No meat was put into my salad and I did not feel like driving from fairfield back to blueash to have them fix it. So I paid over $14 for soup and a basic salad. This panera has lost my business because this is not the first or even second time they have made my order completely wrong. I checked my bag to make sure the soup and salad were in there. But I never thought I had to open the salad box to make sure it was correct. Im so done with this location.

Food is good, however, 2 out of the last 3 times we have ordered from this location, they messed up at least 1 persons order. Then when you say something to the shift manager they act like its no big deal. I asked to make sure everything was correct before leaving today, and the shift manager blew me off. They are very inconsistent with ringing up customers, 1 time we get charged for extra dressing, the next time we arent. For the price of the food, I would expect they would treat their customers nicer and make sure the orders are right, every time.

This Panera had the rudest staff I have ever been to. I am a big Panera fan and have never been treated like this in a Panera before. The staff seemed like we were bothering them to order. The person at the cash register literally tapped on counter while we were ordering, trying to hurry us up, and the line was in complete disarray. A lady in front of us had been waiting over 10 min before someone finally told her they were out of bread (this was not during a busy time of day).

this Panera is just as bad as the ones around Cleveland! Slow service , clueless employees. I chatted with a local woman in line and she confirmed what I was thinking.. She said its always terrible.. The granola bowl was missing from our order and when I asked for it, they seemed put out because they had to make a fresh one. Did they think I wouldnt notice it was missing from our order??

My salad came without dressing and when I went to have the order fixed the was no appology from the manager. Also, they dont keep any cream near the ice coffee. You have to walk across the store to the coffee station for cream. When I suggested they keep cream near the ice coffee, the manager looked at me as if I had two heads.

Had lunch today at Café 3035. Lunch was okay, but the wait wasnt. It took nearly a half an hour for a bowl of chicken noodle soup, a cup of black bean soup and half a smoked turkey sandwich. The entertainment while waiting was watching the staff do their Three Stooges Routine while assembling orders. I WONT be back.

I really like Panera, but this location is hit-or-miss with cleanliness and efficiencies. Theres been times when Im in-and-out in 5 minutes and times when its taken over 15 minutes to pickup a pre-order. It would need nice if locations we more consistent with cleanliness and efficiencies.

The bakery stuff is good. This location on Reed Hartman must live off of the lunch crowd because it becomes desolate when we hit hit after 4pm. Dont expect the popular soups to be available, and most of the bagels are gone as well in the afternoon. They always seem short-staffed as well.

Dont even try to buy gift cards there. I wanted to buy ten cards for $10 each for a work event and they needed two forms of ID. Sorry, I only carry my license with me and typically leave my passport for when I travel overseas. I will be buying my gift cards elsewhere from now on!

Decent Panera location. Cleanliness is hit or miss in the dinning area. They have messed up a few of my orders. Staff is usually friendly. I have been going here for years and will probably continue just because I live nearby but there are better locations.

Pretty busy during lunch hour, usually dont have anywhere to park so definitely recommend carpooling or coming early/late or else you will be stuck waiting. Food is pretty consistent. Nothing special, nothing different, but the staff are nice and friendly.

This location such a mess! Staff is very slow and inattentive. They completely forgot about half of our order and made us wait for the rest of food forever! And on top of that we had to wait for our food by the counter and pick it up on our own.

13 bagels for $10 on Tuesday with cream cheese. The line will be at least 10 deep around noon, but moves fairly fast. Plenty of seating even at peak times. Serving staff isnt allowed to provide change in smaller increments. Very annoying.

Just as good as any ordinary panera but this one serves cold paninis. Both my coworker and I ordered chicken paninis, and we both received untoasted bread, cold chicken, and hard unmelted cheese. It was a blast.

I go to Panera at least 3 times a week ! And never went to a Panera that salad was so good and fresh... Miss Victoria made my salad so fresh and yummy! and she was really kind and sweethearted. It made my Day!

Panera always has decent food and it has a good atmosphere. The price for soups and sandwiches are a little steep, especially if you want something a little more than a turkey sandwich.

As an entrepreneur who lives about 20 minutes from where I work in Blue Ash I love that this Panera has a back room that is quiet where I can just get a good hot breakfast and work.
