Yesterday was the best Christmas me and my family have had in 6 years. See, it was the first time in 6 years that we were all together, since some of us have lived out of the country. My sister joined me at my house for Christmas. She is a TGI Fridays server. She asked to have Christmas off so she could spend it with the family. She thought that years of working at Fridays would warrant that. Not only did Fridays deny her request to have off, they fired her when she choose to value family over a work day, when she called them to let them know she would not, under any circumstance miss seeing her family on Christmas. Unfortunately, I will no longer support Fridays with my business since they obviously dont value family or their hard working employees. My sister has an impeccable work ethic and record with this company. Im sure Ill enjoy supporting the new restaurant she will be working at soon, wherever that may be.

Party of 3. Person 1 ordered a burger. Completely bland. No flavor. Had to drown burger in ketchup. The fries were good. Person 2 ordered the French Dip. Half of this sub was disgusting gristle and fat. The remaining roast beef was barely enough to count as half a sub. The Au Jus was bland and greasy (you could see it floating on top). This was removed completely from our bill thankfully. Person 3 ordered chicken tenders. No complaints. This person also enjoyed the fries. Overall not a very pleasant experience. I wont be returning to this location or another Fridays in general.

been there 3 times in last week and 3 times in the last week order was wrong. the last time we ate in & the waitress forgot to give back the credit card we even used our "give me more stripes" membership through tgi Fridays and they made absolutely no attempt to get ahold of anyone even thought they were the ones who made the mistake. They said that they could not find out who the membership belonged to and thats why they made no attempt to try & contact anyone or walk right next door to my bank & drop it off!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A bunch of us went to this restaurant at approx. 3:00 PM on a weekday due to a funeral ** This was the absolute worst restaurant experience ever ** There were probably 2 other tables & it took them 20 minutes to take our orders, another almost 45 minutes to get our food....everything looked & tasted like it was reheated in a microwave ** I used to love T.G.I. Fridays, but no more!!!

Had dinner last evening. Paid with Credit Card. Two different amounts were charged to my card. Taken out of my bank account. Called to report to manager and got quick, gee thanks response. Not good customer service at all, my suggestion if you go there, pay with cash. Looks like they have an issue with credit card purchases. from both of their reviews.

French dip sandwich was the most gristled piece of meat Ive ever been served. What should have been a full sandwich had to be taken apart and picked through to form one semi-decent half sandwich. The au jus was flavorless brown liquid. Disgusting. If a chef will allow that to go out of their kitchen, Im not interested in eating there again.

The service was great. The staff was friendly and attentive. I think I might not like Fridays because I never like the food. At this particular location, my burger was extremely burnt, hard and dry. It was gross. My boyfriend got the sizzling shrimp and chicken and that was tasty.

The food was good and my service today was awesome. Had one bad experience in the past that the manager instantly made right. I had the Sizzling Chicken and Shrimp and my wife had the Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta. I recommend both.

The food here may be a little pricey, but it is delicious. I went with a huge group of about 30 people, and the service was still amazing. This is definitely not a bad place to go if youre looking for something a little nicer!

Great place for a little of everything. I study here a lot during the night and usually not super loud. They have nightly live entertainment some times. Food is fantastic, and you cant beat the unlimited apps.

Service was slow, my steak was over cooked twice. My meal did get comped, and was given a free dessert, but overall experience was bad. Might only go back to get the endless appetizers.

Crap food that is way over priced 12.00 for a burger that comes with a tiny amount of fries. Go to red Robin you will be much happier

Of all the Fridays Ive been to, this one has the best service. I recommend ordering any of the steaks with the Jack Daniels sauce.
