This Panda Express is by far one of the worse ones Ive been to. When theyre "open" theyre not open for business or customers. Waiting in the drive thru for 25 minutes with no service or apology...Tsk tsk! This establishment and the workers are unorganized With a lobby full of customers and a drive thru full of cars youd think theyd be more prepared. If youre not ready to take customers at the time business is scheduled to be open, then open when you are fully prepared.

Short staffed. Long wait for getting the food. Some items were served and left aside while they prepared the others. This is a health hazard. To get our family feast we have to wait about 40 minutes and the staff just acknowledged the new customers, write on the plate their order and asked them to wait and get another new customer. They forgot the waiting customers!

I ordered take out online from them. They gave us a small order of crab ragoons instead of the large that we paid for. Additionally, the few we did get were burned. There was also less in the container than normal, and it did not taste quite as good as it usually does...So while dining in is a good way to go...I do not think I will be ordering online anymore.

To forever for the drive thru. Sat and waited for 10 minutes to take my order. Than got to the window and the girl disappeared for another twenty to get my food. Not to mention the wait between ordering and the window. I was expecting feat service.

Bad experience, had to explain to the server 6 times anbshe still didnt get it, the manager came over and I had to explain it to him, an he messed up the order also......an I also waited a long time.....

I love this restuarant, the employees and the manager are so nice. They are very patient people they dont rush you to order. The food is good and they get it ready in a timely manner with great quality.
