My wife and i wanted to try Korean food for a while and to our surprise, we never knew about this wonderful place close to our house in Blue Ash. This restaurant is right next to the subway at Pfeiffer road, was little difficult to navigate through GPS. When we walked in, there was just one couple but the place got filled up very soon. The waitress was very patient to help us with the menu and suggested the dolsot bibimbab which was very delicious (be careful with the hot stone bowl, ask the waitress to mix it for you as the bowl is super hot). Our order came with 6 side dishes of pickled veggies and we added a soup which was very tasty. We also ordered the shrimp bowl and it was the best dish we had for the night. We were little disappointed with the ginseng tea, it wasnt hot and the tasted just like water. Its a good place and not so expensive, their portions are big, so be careful when you order the stone bowls. I would strongly recommend this place.

Very impressed with the food and presentation. Have been back several times and have liked everything that I ordered. Ambiance is very simple and comfortable. Bring a bottle of wine, as they dont yet have a liquor license. Very knowledgeable wait staff. Highly recommend.

Just recently discovered Dolsot! My food was a perfect bowl of heaven. The quaint soothing decor provides vibes that just feel special & relaxing. I suggest this spot when you need to unwind, reset and youre feeling like "something different!"

This place was so wonderful! The staff was amazing! I went with friends for my birthday, and they were so kind and generous. The food was simply amazing and so fresh! I would recommend Dolsot Bistro to anyone!

The staff n environment was pleasant but the food was okay. Everything was bland. Food came to us warm and not hot. We waited 1.5hrs for our food. The banchan (side dishes) were okay as well.

The special was a Cornish hen soup. It was out of this world. I have also had the pork belly and Kim chi dolsot. Delicious. I think I would trust this chef with any dish.
